She'd already taken hangover pills before the drinking game started, while the other guests were all kept in the dark. It was too scheming of her to claim that she couldn't drink after all that!
The timestamp in the video was indeed more than ten minutes before the filming of the program started. Throughout the video, only the breathing sounds of the person who took the video could be heard. Lin Nuan and Mu Taotao couldn't be heard. However, from the slightly shaky footage, Lin Nuan clearly took two pills from Mu Taotao and swallowed them down with mineral water.
