Your worries are not unfounded
In the dead of the night, a lone black car drove on the lonely road and entered a tunnel. There was another car waiting inside from the opposite direction.
The black car drove next to the awaiting car and stopped when the front windows were parallel to each other.
The window of both cars slid down, and from the black car, a hand holding an envelope extended out.
From the other car, the driver took the envelope and looked inside it. The driver scoffed when he saw what's inside.
"How soon?" the driver of the black car asked.
"As usual," the driver of the other car replied.
The two cars then left the tunnel, each car headed toward the opposite direction of each other.

Zach and Nurse Jia were walking down the hospital hallway while sporting a serious look on their faces. In Nurse Jia's hands were an opened a file of a patient and Nurse Jia and Zach were talking seriously and pointed here and there on the file.
