An angel sent from above

"Phoe! You are here!"

Ashton dashed toward Phoenix and stared at her breathtaking face. He couldn't believe that Phoenix was in the Qindom Empire. It felt like a dream to him.

He held on Phoenix's shoulder and rubbed her arms up and down, "you're really here," Ashton muttered.

"Yes, and I bring dinner," Phoenix said while putting up her hand that was holding the tiffin carrier.

A wide smile broke on Ashton's face, "ah, yes. Dinner. Let's have dinner," Ashton looked at the time displayed on her watch.

Waving his hand up in the air, "Assistant Wu, tell everyone they can go home for today. We'll continue the discussion tomorrow," Ashton said.

Without sparing anyone a glance, Ashton took the tiffin carrier from Phoenix's hand, to exchange it with his other hand, and pulled Phoenix towards the elevator, "let's go to my office," he said, his eyes not leaving Phoenix's face even for a second.
