The Story

The sweet smell of rich seafood was the first scent that wafted into Eve's nose. Her mouth salivated with just the smell and how she couldn't wait to eat her favorite and also create some drama.

She got to her seat and took note of the delicious food before her, she couldn't wait to taste them all. Hell, she didn't realize she was this famished. Her stomach was practically singing praise with just the sight of the food.

"I heard you changed your mind about the dinner Eve, care to explain what happened?" Mr Roman asked.

Eve snapped out of her fantasy and immediately her eyes connected with Amelia's who was staring at her smugly.

Eve smirked before taking her eyes from her sister's to her father.

"I didn't exactly say that I wasn't going to attend this dinner, Father. Amelia told me to not show up," Amelia's eyes widened a bit once she heard that.
