"Haha! Alright! I won't pretend anymore! Your lie is too shallow and I would not need those that you offer. Am I that cheap?" The Shaman chuckled and Ising was stunned and fumed red with anger for she's thinking that this Shaman is making fun of her and can't take it.

But she kept herself from bursting out because she is in fact the one needing something from this old witch.

She keeps her calm demeanor and listened intently. Resisting the urge to slap this proud Shaman who at first is begging for her mercy but now seems to be a silly old annoying fellow thinking of herself as a great person.

"Okay what do you want?"

"I will still have those you mentioned but I'm also telling you I'll touch, not just the girl but Bernardo Carpio, your stepson. And I want a place in your courtyard."

Ising's reaction deep inside is of elation and gratefulness. She went here only for the girl but now, she's given something she could use to permanently be the number one Miss in their tribe and the continent.

She has this evil triumph but still concealed to this old witch "What? You'll hurt my stepson? Are you capable? What had he done to you?" besides she's also dead curious of what this Shaman holds against the brute Bernardo.

"That's none of your concern!" The Shaman proudly blurted out not minding the woman's dark glare. She won't trust such pretentious and selfish woman who pretends to care so much for the family but deep inside hold grudges to her own kins. All she thinks of is her beauty and that is too shallow to be a reason for her to commit a crime.

But she's different. She holds a deeper grudge towards the brute, Bernardo. He just can't apbruptly attack the man for he is protected by his father. But with this selfish woman's involvement, she finally can glance through the revenge she had longed for. She can finally avenge his son who was brutally killed by Bernardo.

Her son is a beast yes, and killed numerous people in the kingdom but to her, no one should be allowed to kill her precious son.

"What will you do to defeat my stepson? We are so much aware that he's too strong and powerful for you to contradict! How can you do the job?"

The woman's voice brought her away from her thoughts and despite thinking how this lady is really annoyingly, she still carefully explained.

"We'll kill the girl...

and blame him for it."
