The haggard form of Ran Yakumo tore through a Gap as she for the umpteenth time this week, after her mistress was sealed. Dived down towards the land of Gensokyo to once again repel the dimensional shifting mist of the Longinus user of Dimension Lost.

But as Ran prepared to suck the mist of the Longinus away into another Gap and throw the mist back to Earth or other realms, she despaired as she was too late as several powerful humans walked out of the mist with a large and imposing man leading the group.

"Alright men, go to the Hakurei shrine and blast it so the tethers to this space and broken and Georg can drag it back to Earth!" The ultra-muscular man roared as he took off towards what has become Mount Moria and for a moment Ran paused torn on what should she do. Stop the obvious leader who was running towards his death if he annoys Moria enough.

Or what was more important keeping the Hakurei Shrine stable and making sure Gensokyo didn't fall to pieces?

But before she could make a decision between which to target the man who was running towards Mount Moria literally exploded into a bloody mist as what seemed to be a flaming comet blasted the man into chunks of burnt flesh, as so powerful was the collision of whatever hit the man that nothing remained. And Ran took a deep breath of relief as she felt that even with the bad blood with Moria that the young god no young man was still willing to help Gensokyo in its time of need.

"Humans of Earth, Gensokyo does not welcome you now or ever, especially when you are terrorists!" Ran cried out as she began casting spells that rained down upon the cloaked members of the Khaos Brigade and these were fully lethal spells, not the spell card rules that Reimu had brought to the culture of Gensokyo. When lightning and fireballs hit the members of the terrorist group, they fell to the ground dead horribly burned, or likewise blown to pieces not merely bruised and battered.

While Ran was busy blasting the surviving members of the Khaos Brigade she heard a loud female groan and for a moment she thought it was just the death rattle of one of the female members as she slaughtered the invaders but as she reflexively peeked over to see if it was some mage about to blow herself in a suicide attack which could be dangerous even for her, she froze in the middle of the air with her magical circles breaking apart in the air as she beheld her mistresses burnt form that was completely nude due to her clothes having burnt away in the flames of her travel and collision with the Khaos Brigade leader.

"Lady Yukari!" Ran screamed as she sped down to the ground and without a single care for the remaining terrorists, she scooped up Yukari in her arms and retreated into another exhaustive to open Gap to take Yukari back home to their pocket dimension home.

The remaining terrorists looked to one another in confusion as to what to do before a female voice appeared from within the mist. "Go destroy the Hakurei shrine and make sure to destroy the front gate." Then the woman within the mist came out and showed herself to be a blond haired woman with blue eyes and clad in armor covering her upper shoulders and chest while also wearing a mini skirt and finally armed with a rapier for her weapon.

"Yes, Lady Jeanne!" The mooks called out and ran to the north towards the Hakurei shrine while Jeanne frowned looking towards the new Mountain God that was born and took over what was Mount Yokai and turning it into Mount Moria...

"It's interesting isn't it." A charismatic male voice spoke as they came through the mist and out came a man lightly clad in armor and wielding an ornate spear with gold filigree intertwined in around the spear.

"Cao Cao." Jeanne greeted her faction's leader with all due respect. "I thought you were going to be busy setting up for the plans in Kyoto." She questioned and in response Cao Cao grinned.

"Oh Jeanne you are right in that taking care of Kyoto's steps in the plan to bring about some Khoas is important, but this... This Moria will make a phenomenal pawn even if he does absolutely nothing as the Shinto gods are going mad trying to come up with another way to use him for another battery like they are using the nascent Mountain God that formed in Mount Fuji... So what happens when Gensokyo is returned to earth and Japan literally just regains the so called 'lost province' that disappeared in a single night and the gods, especially the Shinto learn there's a mountain god up for grabs?" Cao Cao explained with a smirk of confidence as he knew whatever happened would be glorious and would lead to his own faction in the Khaos Brigade gaining opportunity's it never would have.

"Cao Cao, the human that became a mountain god is still on the side of humans remember. I don't... I hope you aren't planning on screwing him over too badly." Jeanne said softly as although she hated all inhuman beings with an obsession, she still respected how the human became a mountain god and has been protecting the humans of this terrible pocket realm that treated humanity as nothing but chattel to be used at the evil Youkai's convenience.

The leader of the hero faction actually sighed as he looked at Jeanne and spoke as explosions rang out from the direction of the Hakurei temple. "Jeanne, all must pay the price for humanity to rise beyond being cattle for the supernatural races... I will remember Moria's sacrifice dearly in my heart but things must be done in order to fulfill our dreams. Now lets go. I can feel through the mist that Gensokyo has been untethered with the destruction of the Hakurei temple and Reimu Hakurei being taken to Earth when she was drugged by our spies here." Cao said as he turned and returned into the mist as Jeanne followed dutifully.

It turns out spiking the food and booze delivered to the catered solo party of Reimu who was celebrating finding some of her lost money was all too successful.
