Chapter 18 - Lively as ever

Quietly the two continued to relax on the warm water of the bathhouse where Kyouka was flustered when his "Hidden Weapon" pressed against her back close to her rear. She tried to occupy her thought and ignored it but couldn't since it was far too difficult.

However, he couldn't deny the warmth that his embrace was giving a comforting sensation that her body loosen up and feeling at ease. Yuuki saw that she leaned back even more into this chest while he kept his embrace until Kyouka decided to speak her mind.

"There's one thing bothering me….if you were sister what was about that Harem thing?"

Yuuki knew that this conversation would eventually come and frankly it was a selfish desire of his. He was a beast all throughout and can't be tamed that easily only by a specific kind of woman.

"About that…you'd probably find it weird but I always read manga typically fantasy since it's thrilling to me but I got really angry at the protagonist for choosing one girl. Before you think I'm some kind of fiend, here me out."

"I won't seek every single woman I see, if they have mutual interest and are willing to be with me then great but never force anyone to be with me."

"True, I mean if one of them tried to mingle with another man then I'd be mad at them but that's where trust comes in. However, in the end if they choose to be with me then I'll do anything in my power to give them everything that they deserve."

Yuuki quite literally can give them what they want if the girls follow him. Wealth, power and time is on their side. He could make them immortal both mind and body since they'll eventually ascend to godhood

Kyouka somewhat felt the love and care from his embraces that she started to believe that he was able to do it. Yuuki showed that he is a well equipped and capable person who is a man full of integrity.

"Then if you were given a choice of who to save then who will you save?"

"None."

Yuuki bluntly said bewilderingly waiting for his reason since if he truly intended to have Harem love them the best he can then wouldn't he save them?

Her trauma seems to have made him like light in her life now forever fated to be with him. It was a strange thing but knowing people with trauma tend to be illogical and irrational.

"Yes, you might think it stupid but I swore that I'll repay him after he had saved me and encourage me to continue living and to get strong."

Yuuki pondered how she could develop feelings for him when they hardly interacted at that time and guess she felt indebted to him. It can hardly be said to be love and more of an infatuation. Though this made it easier to slip into her heart then said.

"What if he's like me? I mean how can you have feelings for someone who only saves you and most likely already has multiple partners."

"Be it as may, I already made an oath along my dream for vengeance and becoming a commander."

Kyouka was stubborn and had some mental instability that Yuuki noted. He does hope her obsession and feelings for him become genuine.

"Well have it your way since I won't force you."

Yuuki said while his thought was entirely different.

Kyouka still had inner conflict because she started to waver and fall into his arms unknowingly her heart was going toward Yuuki every time she thought of Kuro Oni.

"Anyways, as I was saying, the women who chose to follow me are strong and dependable women that are not damsels in distress. It would tarnish their pride if I don't have my faith in them."

Yuuki finished his explanation while Kyouka thought about his words and wondered if it was true that her savior would have a woman follow him but refused to give up and would push herself to stand beside him.

Kyouka is ashamed of what she is going through while Yuuki pondered if this is considered cheating when he's literally the same person and just different aliases. He didn't think too much since he's not sensitive but won't use his clone for leading his woman in the future.

He thought to himself pondering his next course of action until he heard someone shout at him.

Nei was worried for his safety while Yuuki smiled at her.

"Something like this won't hurt me but thanks for worrying, Nei-chan. I was just a space out than normal since there's a lot going on."( Yuuki)

" Please sit. Nei will do what she should as your superior.

Nei said as she put her hands on her waist. She wasn't wearing her uniform and was in her home clothes. Yuuki was a little confused but he did as she told and sat down on his knees.

She brought her hands up and put both her hands on his head as she started patting and moving her hands through his hair. It somewhat reminded him of his mother who patted his head that he enjoys as much when he fights. Yuuki never had parental affection since parents aren't the best.

"Tough enemies appeared there, and you saved Shushu-Chan and Himari-San. You must be tired."

She said in a calming tone as Yuuki found it soothing and only time he would act vulnerable like a tamed beast since Nei was too angelic.

"My cooking might be simple but I can also do it, so I'll switch with you today!"

Nei said as Yuuki found her as a kind girl and surprisingly mature for her age. To be fair she experienced that an 11 year old shouldn't and that is to lose both her parents from the Mato disaster.

"Thank You but let's do it together and teach you some things about cooking."

After that, the two made dinner for everyone and while in an unknown location. Inside was Yuuki's sisterz Aoba who had attacked the 7th Unit sitting on the One-Horned inside a cave-like place as she drew a simple drawing of Yuuki's face with her hair on a rock.

"That was Yuuki for sure. He grew up so much and looks so handsome! But how did he get so strong? I have no idea of what will happen if I deal with this poorly. I'll have to look deep into this but I need to test the girls' loyalty if they are going to stay with Yuuki's side."

Aoba won't easily let someone join her brother harem when they are weak to fight her and would judge them accordingly.

"But, we can just live in Mato if we need to. I'm happy to see him again!"

She said with a happy smile and imagined her brother conquering more women being by his side through it all.

The next day, it was usual where Yuuki would spar, train and spend time with nei who he continues to teach while she's not at school. He had a lot of pent up stress in his mind that he had to head for training somewhere where he demolished a small mountain having increased his stats appropriately exchanging them for two abilities that he intended to copy later.

Yuuki was in the bathhouse and was about to get out but before he could he sensed someone coming inside even when he put up a sign saying that a male, is inside when someone dated entered and already knew who it was.

Shushu exclaimed as she hugged me from behind. Of course it would be her

"First off, I'm not your slave and second, what are you doing here?"( Yuuki)

"You see I forgot to thank you for having my back. So, thank you for saving me."

She gave him a smile while Shushu was adamant in her gratitude.

"Careful now, I let you off last time or else you'll awaken a beast."

Yuuki warned her growing tired of her teasing while Shushu boldly ignored his words.

"Ah! Are you going to turn around? Cause I'm completely naked~~"

"Just stay quiet and let me wash you back."

"Okay that's it. Come here."

Yuuki turned around surprising Shushu who didn't expect him to retaliate and slipped into that ground where Yuuki was on top of her. Shushu became flustered when looking at his face, taking a good look at her body.

He slowly leaned closer while Shushu felt her heart pounding seeing his lips then didn't expect that he would actually steal a kiss from her and felt his hand move inside her. "Hey I already had a plack but you completely missed it!"

Yuuki was messing with her, having already dressed since it was easy when he had his [ bracelet ]. After they arrive at the entrance was when suddenly a Portal appeared and two women came out.

"Hello. The 7th Unit looks as lively as ever."
