Alex was holding his smartphone, his secret smartphone to say the least, it was locked with at least thousand codes but once they detected Alex'es face they got unlocked, Alex found out his identity witht his.....

"So this is 3 Level Civilization, just reaching Galaxy Level, good, but they did this in only 2000 Years, this is insane, most of the civilizations in the past World Travels took more than 10000 if not more to actually get to that level....."

When Alex found this he was really confused, how was this possible to actually reached from 2 Level to 3 Level this quickly, then he found only 500 years ago they Reached 3 Level, 1500 YEARS TO GO FROM SOLAR SYSTEM TO GALAXY, completely insane levels of development.....

Alex closed the book..... then he opened it again and went to take the notes.....

He sighed.....

"Looks like they went like this, quite smart actually....."

Alex found out that since ancient times there has been one ruler in this civilization, United Federation State, This big goverment controlled everything here, but in most cases this would cause immense corruption in the political development of a Civilization, this time tho, they went with peacfull strategy, first Leaders of United Federation State were really good people, of course there was corruption it is impossible there wouldn't be but most of the World Leaders and Council actually cared about people and made good choices.....

They worked together and went from 0.8 Level Civilization to 1 Level Civilization very quickly, then as the time passed they passed down the order, Supreme Order To say, moment anyone saw corruption in the System they had to destroy it immediatelly, any type of embezzlement or abuse would get your head chopped off, of course after First Leaders died this rule was forgotten and corruption begun but First Leaders created such a strong foundation normal people got mad and they worked together to owerthrow all the corrupted politicians, after that another uprising and finally at 5th Generation, Peace was cleared.....

"This is really interesting, very facinating as well, looks like people have enormous power when they gather together....."

Alex smiled as he contined to read.....

Time passed and everything went good, civilization was thriving, in just 1000 Years they reached pinnicle of 2 Level Civilization, and in another 500 years thet reached 3 Level Civilization.....

But, just 30 Years ago Rebellion was formed.....

Man named Raks Razilm Made an small uprising..... he basically decided peace was enough and wanted to start war against the Goverment.....

First time nobody really Cared..... in the span of 2000 Years there has been many uprisings..... Government immediatelly destroyed the uprising and everything went like before, Raks Razilim and few followers of his escaped tho.....

But as the time went on.....

More and more people joined that cult like place.....

And they managed to conquer planet in Aries Constellation, They went mad, they fought against Government day and night even if it didn't exist in space and finally stabilized their base in Aries Constellation there.....

Goverment went mad, They sended more than 1000 Gene Warriors and more than 10000 Warships there to take a watch, moment they got out of the Aries Constellation they would be bombarded by this 1000 Gene Warrios and 10000 Warships.....

And Alex, Well, he was..... very different from others..... very different.....

"I am son of that son of a bitch Raks Razilim....."

Alex looked at his phone, it was saying to kill official of the Government.....

"So i am kind of like an Assasin and agent for that people....."

Alex pulled back his chair and looked up.....

"Huhh... fuck this world or that job but system mission....."

When he saw this Alex'es eyes were bulging, Not destroy planet, Solar System, Galaxy, BUT UNIVERSE???!! FUCKING UNIVERSE???!! What did System take him as some kind of God Of Creation???!!

Alex leaned his chair normal way and looked at another book, Introduction to Genes..... Alex opened the book and closed it again to take notes.....

Gene Warriors were the most respected job here, if you could have your Genes awakened you could immediatelly have all the fame and money in the World, It was because Gene Warriors were relatively new subject, only discovered 200 Years Ago Gene Awakening became One The Most researched subject in the world.....

"They basically have superpowers....." Alex saw things written here.....

You could unlock your Genes and unlock super abilities by absorbing energy from the world, this world had very interesting energy to say the least, very powerfull one as well, some people could lift tones some people could outrun cars, some people even had even more crazier powers like jumping thousands of meters high, even more crazier were elemental controllers that could change nature and stuff.....

They were absolutelly fucking crazy.....

Alex discovered something.....

He was a Gene Warrior, But his ID said Nothing..... so that meant it was either he has not registered as a Gene Warrior or it was plan of Raks Razilm, or people didn't discover it.....

Alex closed his eyes and looked very deeply in his body, he lost all of his powers but he still had this..... White Mysterious Energy had.....

"So lets see what is my superpower....."

Alex used White Mysterious Energy to see through and inspect his body, he inspected his body and inspected his body, he Went to his Genes and saw they were really disarrayed, no more like put together in a very suspicious way.....

"What the fuck????? why does it look like it is nuturing something???!!"

Alex expanded his view and saw a bright light in his Genes, it was like Egg, when he tried to actually absorb energy in this world.....

"Lets absorb some air energy....."

Alex closed his eyes and made a circle with his hands, this was actually his trick to absorb energy, Alex hated he needed to sit cross legged when absorbing Energy, his feet always got really cramped when doing that.....

So this trick helped him to absorb energy quicker.....

"Ah fuck who cares, this requires some energy i don't have that....."

Alex sat Cross legged in a chair and.....

BOOOOM!!!!!

Energy came rushing in his Genes, he concealed his movement with White Mysterious Energy so nobody could see him.....

He absorbed energy and..... this happened.....

"This fucker is actually stealing Energy i absorb....."

Alex got mad and absorbed even more.....

Then..... he got really mad, he decided to use White Mysterious Energy to destroy this thing.....

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!

Alex used White Mysterious Energy and it went gushing in the Genes, But before he did something something happened.....

White light cracked like an egg and.....

Old Man's face opened his eyes..... he looked about 90 years old.....

Alex looked at this old man and this old man looked at Alex.....

"Yawn..... Yawn..... Yawn..... That was a good sleep, Hey Young Man do you want to become Strongest Ge-----" Old Man smiled but before he finished his saying..... he noticed something very different here now, he looked around and saw Genes.....

"WHAT THE FUCK???!!" Alex used even more Mysterious White Energy To Destroy him.....
