Prologue

Roxanne held onto the stump that was the remains of her left arm. She remembered the reason and the entire amount that had to be payed.

Markov pulled Roxanne to the side and gave her a new look. Roxanne no longer had horns and a tail, her hair wasn't white anymore, she could see fully, and she had her arm and thumb again. She looked normal. When she walked back out, Colin, her father, looked completely different too. He didn't have a halo or wings, he was no longer blonde, and his eyes weren't multi-colored.
