Nineteenth chapter

"Can I go to Aaron's party tonight?" Liz asked from Alex while we had breakfast. Noel recently went up to his room.

"Shouldn't you focus on learning?" He asked.

"I wouldn't go alone." She said.

"Your friends aren't trustworthy. They also drink. They won't take care of you if there's a problem." He said.

"Don't talk about my friends like that." She said indignantly.

"I haven't really met them yet when they're sober." He said.

"We just have fun!" She said indignantly.

"I want to go too." I said shyly.

"You mainly can't go!" He said in a raised voice.

"Why not?" I asked.

"I said that yesterday. This world is dangerous." He said seriously. I stood up angrily.

"I'm drowning here." I growled and I went to the living room.

I sat down angrily on the couch. I planned to call Jason because he was the only one who I could talk to normally, but someone cleared her throat. Liz stood in the doorway with a smile. I frowned.

"You did this well." She said admiringly. "He let us." I smiled. "Be ready at seven p.m.! Dress like yesterday in the restaurant. I don't want you to expire me." She said and disappeared. I looked at her offended. I can't believe I really went into this idea.

Later Noel begged me to play with him so much that I didn't have heart to say no. I went into the kitchen a few minutes before seven o'clock to wait for Liz there. I wore a little more makeup.

"Is this dress again?" Alex asked.

"Liz told me to I should wear this." I said.

"Of course, Liz said that. Only she can say such things." He said and turned his head toward the door, and it seemed he shocked. I looked where he did. Liz stood there in a deeply cleaved mini black dress and ten-inch high-heeled shoes. She wore strong smoky makeup. She looked much better than me.

"I'm ready!" She protested.

"Go up immediately and change your clothes!" Alex said angrily.

"No." She said and folded her arms.

"Then you aren't going anywhere." He said.

"Do you want to bet?" She asked and raised her eyebrow.

"Don't be naughty! Go up and change or you won't be Juliet!" She looked at me, turned around and go up to the stairs. The heels of her shoes knocked on the stairs.

"By the way, you needed to say where you were on Thursday because I called you." Alex said after a while.

"I'm sorry! I forget." He sighed and shook his head.

"Is this good?" Liz appeared about ten minutes later in a pink strap silk blouse and in a black-ripped-jeans with the same shoes.

"Much better." She rolled her eyes.

"Let's go!" He said. "You will drink one type of alcoholic beverage with a maximum of three glasses. No more! Don't drink beverage which won't open in front of you! Don't smoke and especially don't take drugs! I'll go for you no later than ten." Alex explained the terms in the car.

"It's too little time." Liz whined.

"I think just enough time to have fun and not be drunk. Any objection?" He said.

"No." I said.

"Yes." Liz said at the same time. We looked at each other for a moment.

"Alright." She sighed. "No." She said.

"Great. Have fun and don't forget what I said!" He said and parked near a large house. Liz got out immediately. He sighed.

"Take care of her please." He said. I nodded.

Liz patiently waited outside and when she saw me, she headed for the house where the music was pounding. There weren't few people, but there weren't too many in the house. When we got in, they looked at us. Liz greeted everyone and headed for her friends. I was thinking of going there too, but someone bumped my back.

"Sorry. Amanda?" I turned back and looked at Izzy. "How do you get here?"

"I came with Liz." I said.

"I don't understand what's up with Liz?" She shouted because the music was too loud.

"Whatever. Who did you come with?" I asked loudly.

"With Valerie and Steven." She said.

"What's up with AJ?" I asked.

"He felt bad. He doesn't like to drink anyway. We promised him not to let Steven drink too much." She smiled. "Do you want to join with us?" I nodded. Once again, I turned back to Liz, who had a very good time with Aaron's company. Izzy and I walked away to find Steven and Valerie. The rest of the time I talked to them and danced. As I promised to Alex, I didn't drink much just that I forgot that Liz is here too. Until we walked to find more drink, her company saw us.

"Don't you want to join?" A stranger guy asked.

We all turned in that direction. There were six people sat in a circle on the floor and an empty bottle of champagne was in the middle. As soon as I saw Liz, I was horrified. Her hair was tousled a bit. She looked like she is explaining something to Aaron without a stop and kept embracing his arm. The scariest thing was that she kept smiling, which isn't usual at all. I hope she didn't drink too much.

"What are you playing?" I asked.

"Truth or dare." The same guy said.

"Thanks no." Steven said.

"Come on! More people. Better play." He said.

I didn't hear anything anymore because Liz stared at me with her eyes while she was biting her lower lip seductively and I looked at her in fascination.

"Amanda! Hey, Amanda!" Izzy slapped my upper arm.

"Hmm?" I shook my head and looked at her.

"We need to go." She said.

"Aren't we getting in?" I asked with a smile.

"Are you crazy?" She asked.

"It's just a game." I said. She sighed.

"Ok. We're in." She said. Steven looked at us in shocked.

"Me too." Valerie said.

"Valerie!" Steven said incredulously. She shrugged.

After Steven left, one guy explained the rules. You answer or dare if you don't do it you take a sip from the wine. It sounded simple. Then it started and there were such questions and deliberations that I thought I would get up at any moment and call Alex. Fortunately, I left out so far, but Izzy, for example, had to kiss Nick, what Valerie watched painfully throughout, and Valerie had to recount her first sexual experience, but she preferred to drink. By the end there was more daring and so we got to the point where Aaron had to kiss a girl what Liz watched jealously. Then came the point when the glass pointed towards Liz. She chose to dare. A girl in front of her grinned wickedly.

"Kiss her." She pointed at me. To my surprise she stood up as far as she could and held out her right hand to me.

"Amanda you don't have to do it." Izzy touched my arm and looked at me.

"Just a kiss. We forget in the morning." Liz said with a smile still held her hand to me. I looked around. Everyone looked excited and someone started chanting to kiss. During the game I drank too, of course, because there were tasks, I would surely be ashamed of tomorrow. Luckily, it wasn't my task. I stood up without her help. I looked at her then I turned around with that momentum and headed for the front door to get some fresh air. I almost reached the door, but I didn't expect that she came after me, grabbed my hands and squeeze me to the wall.

"Liz, we need to…" I wanted to say something, but she grabbed my face with her both hands and kissed me. I looked at her in shock. I wanted to push her, but it seems impossible because she's thin but quite muscular. Maybe because of the effect of alcohol, but when I felt her tongue on my lower lip, I closed my eyes, moaned, opened my lips a bit and she slipped her tongue in my mouth. Her lips are as soft as marshmallows. Our tongue danced a fiery dance sometimes in my mouth and sometimes in her mouth, not caring about those around us who might not have even seen us because of the room was surrounded by a dim light. She suddenly leaned away from my lips. She let go my face, grinned mischievously, and bit her lower lip. I looked at her in shock.

"How was it?" She asked. I was still standing there. I didn't even know where I was. I didn't even realize what had happened before. I just noticed that she was leaning towards me and would like to touch my face again, but I caught her wrists.

"We are going home. Now." I said intolerantly and I pulled her towards the door.

"Amanda?" Izzy asked in a trembling voice. I looked at her. She looked like she almost cry. "Where are you going with her?"

"We…" I started.

"We go to my home." Liz said sooner before I could say anything. Izzy shook her head and walked away.

"Why did you tell her that?" I asked angrily.

"It seems someone like you." I shook my head, let Liz's wrist and I decided to go after Izzy, but I turned back.

"Stay here!" I said. Liz folded her arms and want to walk away but I caught her wrist and pulled out the door. I'm sorry Izzy!

"It hurt!" She said in a raised voice and tried to loosen my hands. When the music was no longer roaring, I let go of her wrist. We stand near the bus stop where is a bench.

"Sit down!" I said.

"No!" She said. I grabbed her by her shoulders and pressed her to the bench. "You are so wild!" She said pouting.

"And you are uncomprehending." I growled. I stepped back one step from her. I picked up my phone, looked up Alex's name and pressed the call. I lifted the phone to my ear.

"Tell me you liked it." She said with a wide smile and she tilted her head to the side of the bus waiting area.

"Alex pick it up!" I whispered impatiently.

"I was the first right or not? I will be very angry if your answer is no." She pursed her lip.

"Alex!" I murmured.

"You know. Actually. Since I saw…" She started to say but Alex finally answered.

"Amada? It's half past ten. Is there something wrong?" He asked but his voice was calm, or he just wanted me to believe that.

"Take us back as soon as possible." I said.

"I'm be there in ten minutes. Are you okay?" He asked nervously.

"Yeah. Don't be angry when you get here ok?" I asked in fear.

"What did she do?" He asked.

"Bye." I hung up the phone. I looked at Liz who was sat there with her eyes closed. I thought she fell asleep. I sat down next to her on the bench.

"Finally! Now let's focus on the two of us." She looked at me with a smile.

"There is no such thing as you and I. We are girls and you have a boyfriend." I said.

"You have got the most convenient boobs in the planet." She said ignoring my words. I blushed.

"You need to finish it." I said but I didn't even look at her.

"Did you like it right? You can deny it, but I see it on you." She said happily and kept a short break. "Do you know why I chose these clothes for you?" She asked in a normal voice. I shook my head without looking at her.

"You look too good to cover anything. I put on those clothes to please you. Alex ruined everything as always." She said sullenly. I think she thought the mini black dress. She didn't speak so I did.

"Do you like Aaron?" She yawned.

"Yeah." She said wearily.

"I mean with love?" I corrected my question.

"Yeah." She said again.

"Then why did you do it?" I asked shyly.

"You thought the kiss?" I nodded. "You ask too much. We'd rather do it again." She said and bit her lip.

"Forget it!" I said.

"Your face is red." She slid closer and turned my head toward her. Her eyes shone. "Just forget everyone now for a while." Before our lips could touch again, I heard a loud bagpipe and I quickly stood up.

"I kill him!" She said while she was leaning on the bench with her palms. Alex stopped not far from us, but he couldn't see us. Liz tilted her head to the wall again and closed her eyes. I lift her up carefully. She smiled, opened her eyes, and looked at me.

"Don't look at me like that." I said.

"I can't help it. You are so beautiful." She said. I blushed again.

"You are not ugly either." I said without looking at her. She murmured.

"I said you are beautiful, and you said I'm not ugly?" She asked in disbelief. I smiled.

"Can't you keep quiet?" I asked.

"I can and you also know the way how." She smiled coquettishly.

"It will never happen again." I said.

"Never say never." She said.

Alex got out of the car and when he saw that Liz was look like a doll in my hands, he opened his mouth and folded his arms.

"How much did you drink?" He asked.

"As much as we discussed." She said.

"It doesn't seem to me. Get in the car!" He said angrily. I put her down on the asphalt and she slowly sat down in the car.

"Amanda will sit forward." He said.

"No!" She muttered.

"Why not?" He asked.

"Don't even pay attention to her. She drank too much." I tried to distract the subject.

"I see." He said. He sat in the car and me too. "You will get a punishment. Didn't I tell you not to drink too much?" He asked when we started go their house.

"Shh! I want to sleep." She said whimperingly. I heard she took of her shoes and she pulled her legs up in the seat. I didn't dare to turn back.

"You are so irresponsible." He said.

"I know." She yawned. I think her head was on the middle seat.

"Did something interesting happen?" He looked at me for a few seconds and after back the road.

"If you could." She whispered. Alex looked at me questioningly, but I shrugged as if I didn't know anything. I wish it would be so.

Liz didn't say anything on the road either. When we got back it turned out she fell asleep, so Alex carefully picked her up the stairs and after I showered I tried to sleep. Unfortunately, the today's events crept into my mind. I'm afraid how Liz will behave with me tomorrow. In my dream I relived the kiss, but there was nothing I could do about it. Let's say I didn't want to.
