"HON, are you nervous?"
Rekker flinched at Meri's question. "Well, a little. My noona is kind and sweet. But she's not used to the world where nobles as young as the two of us get engaged early. I know noona won't be rude to you. Even so, I feel anxious."
To be honest, he didn't want Meri to misunderstand Eclaire.
On the other hand, he also wanted to softly warn his fiancée that his noona might not be as welcoming to their relationship as he would like her to be.
[Maybe it's my wishful thinking for noona and Meri to get along well right off the bat.]
Rekker was aware that Eclaire wasn't happy when she found out that he already had a fiancée at his age.
Although they had already resolved it, he couldn't help but worry.
[Meri is special to me, so I want noona to accept her not just because she's my fiancée– but because Meri is really a sweetheart.]
