Confronting(meeting mum's wolf)

"well, Well, look what we have here" 

Emma moves and block spring placing her behind her.

"You know when I forced heard you were alive, I wondered how one of our kind could successfully live among humans without being caught and then I thought it's princess Emma after all" he man said smiling awkwardly

"What do you want from me Standford" 

Standford was a tall man with muscles like that of a man who spends a huge amount of time at the gym, he has a wound mark that runs through his left eyes blinding it. He used to be a rogue wolf, belonging to no pack when her father found him and employed him to do their bidding, he was one of her family trusted bounty hunter, he has killed may for her family, he has never lost a pry, he was that good at his job, and the fact that he is here looking for her only means her brother doesn't want any mistake.

" With you I doubt , I am here for her" he said pointing to spring who hid behind her mother.

"You must be mistaken" 

"There is nothing special about her , she is just a mere human" 

"Hmm , we will see about that" he lauches forward, Emma was quick to move spring to her left. 

"I see you still have your move" Standford said smiling.

" Leave us alone , am warning you " emma said.

"Not a chance " he lauched at her giving her a hit , she staggers back but refuses to fall, she knew the fight was about to get bloody and this was a fight she had no chance of winning if she was in her human form.

She turns and face spring "listen to me, as soon as I give you a signal I want you to run " 

"Run and leave you alone, never" spring argued almost breaking down.

"Now is not the time to be stubborn spring" 

Walking towards the mother and daughter duo he picks Emma up and throw her across the field. The girl's body flew across the field and landed harshly on the floor. The sound of bones cracking filled their ears along with her pained grunt.

"Mom" spring screams

He walks over to spring and pulls her by the hair.

Emma watched as he pulls spring away, watching her daughter go through that is not something she will ever allow. 

Bending on her fours, she began to transform, first her claws being to grow and position it's self firmly on the grass, next was her body , I clothes tearing away to give way for her bigger form. 

After few minutes of going through this transformation she had fully turned into her wolf self which was a mixture of black and sliver fur.

Spring gasped at the sight in front of her, her mother had changed into a dog a large dark one. It was a sight she couldn't believe,if this was a dream she would consider it a nightmare.

Shocked by the turn of events, Standford steady himself, ready for her attack.

She lounge at him scratching his face with her claws.

He staggers from the impact , touching his face his hand is covered in his own blood. Spring gasps again, in less than twenty four hours she had seen more blood than she had seen in biology class.

Angry he attacks but Emma is at advantage because being in her wolf form she was faster and wouldn't feel impact from his his hit.

She jumps and bits his neck , a move that sends him to the floor though not for long .

Still in shock, Emma watched as her mother's wolf raced to her.

" Hope on me now" a voice said in her head , she wasn't completely sure if it was her mind playing tricks on her because in less than few minutes she was her mother's back.

"Hold on and don't let go"the voice said again.

This time she was certain it was her mother speaking to her.

After running in the bush for hours , they had to find a place to hide , day was going to break soon and if any human saw her they would definitely call animal control and she can't add annoying humans on her trail.

She finally made it to a cave, good thing it was a barren land and not in wolves territory, barren lands are small land scapes that belonged to no one, it is used as a passage into other kingdoms. They will rest here for a while.

She allowed spring slide off her back.she must have been running so fast because she saw as spring rushed to the corner to vomit, she must have been running so fast.

She walked into the cave , she would have to change back to her human form so she could heal her broken ribs.

Changing back isn't as stressful as it was , still she could still feel how sore her body was.

"Mum" spring called out looking at her naked mother on the floor, she had turned right in time to see her change.

"Hey come over here"

She hesitated for a while, she took a step closer before kneeling beside her. She noticed a lot of blue marks on her body.

"Are you okay"

"I will be fine, I just need your help" her mother told her 

"What is that mum"

"I want you to dip your hand in this wood ad pull back my broken ribs" she said shocking her.

"Ma " not completely understanding what she meant.

Her mother took her hand and placed it on her side , her eyes opened when she saw a big wound sitting right there.

"Mum you are hurt, let's take you to the hospital" she panicked

"No there is no need for that, I will be fine in no time, all I want you to do now is listen to me okay " her mother said nodding.

She could see the amount of pain she hid behind her eyes, now was not a time to argue and be her usual stubborn self so she nods back in agreement.

Her body placed her palm upon the opened wound.

"You know like how, grandma pim pulls out the intestines for our Thanksgiving turkey huh" her mother asked 

"Yes"

"Good you are going to do the same but this him it my bone we are returning to it's place "

"Mama , I can't " was what she wanted to say before she was cut short 

"I know you can" 

It was the first time I mum was believing in her not just believing but putting her life in her hands , this only was the courage she needed.

She placed her palm at the opening and began to push in, she should have considered becoming a surgeon maybe this word have counted as a field experience. But she would have to go to school to become one, thinking of school will she ever be able to go back with everything that had happened.

"Good" her mum said as soon as she held the rib bone" pull it back in the count of two" 

As soon as her mum said two she did as she was told , she could feel the bone fit in back into it normal position. 

Her mother closed her eyes to contain the pain but the pain of manually agreeing a broken ribs is one that could me ake the strongest of warriors cry.

The pain was just to much for her she drifted into sleep leaving spring alone in her thought.
