Squats ( 30 reps 2 sets)

Pushups ( 25 reps)

Pull ups ( 15 reps)

Crunches (50 reps)

What training for this basic skills you don't need to do training. These are all information so I will transfer it to your mind. The main thing in football is you own body. The more faster you are the more better you become. Footballer are not normal humans they are monsters their bodies have been trained that way they have become superhumans.

In my era footballer were so powerful that they could destroy mountains with their kicks , could survive in a desert without food for several months, their trained to destroy anything and everything which came in their way. There are only a few people in this modern world who can be compared to them.

Ace had somehow controlled the situation by saying that he had a small accident with a car and the car owner had already given the hospital bills which was actually a lie, Ace had paid the hospital bills himself spending the money from his part time job.
