Endless War (5)
After going downward for around fifty meters, Kane confirmed that he barely could see more than ten meters ahead. That was troublesome… but using torches was common sense in dungeons. Not alone, though.
"This will be a pain to explore…" Kane thought. "This dungeon is the most dungeon-like if compared to the others."
After thinking for a short while, Kane used Magic Reinforcement and then the mana on the blade illuminated the surroundings a bit, but he couldn't keep that up forever. It was a good way to level up that skill, though.
Kane cautiously advanced through the dungeon, silently hoping that he wouldn't encounter any ghosts. Fortunately, his fears went unfounded, for he stumbled upon something else that, while less troublesome than ghosts, was still rather intriguing. There before him stood a bipedal giant lizard, its presence filling the chamber with an air of mystery and potential danger.
