Aracnea

---Characteristics---

[Presence]: 53

Aracneas are spiders of immense age. They are renowned for their speed and efficiency when it comes to hunting. They have eight legs, each one housing hundreds of mini-spikes that induce a lethal poison even with the slightest touch. Their color is pitch black and their eyes are light-blue, though exceptions can happen where their eyes achieve a red color, in which case, said spider is stronger and faster.

A standard aracnea normally prefers to feed off of space-time continua as it wanders throughout the Weave, but it will kill any other creature on sight if it finds it, even if said beings are strong than itself, but this is for a good reason...If an aracnea happens to die in battle, its body will emit a purple gas-like substance on the surroundings that instantly kills and erodes any living and non-living beings. The dead bodies of both the aracnea and the prey will later transmute themselves into an edible and super proteic material for future spiders if they are lucky enough to find it. Naturally, other aracneas are completely immune to this gas if they happen to be present at the act.

Their intellect is nothing beyond animalistic, but they have shown capabilities of making exceptional traps with their indestructible webs. Their webs are so strong not even a space-time expansion would be able to influence it. If a prey gets caught in it, the probability of escaping is almost 0%, as it also continually weakens their strength and speed by 10% each second. Furthermore, if the aracnea is present, there is an even less chance of the prey surviving. This is because the prey might accidentally look into the spider's eyes, which would cause it to enter a permanent state of complete terror, paralysis, madness, and hallucination. Naturally, other aracneas are completely immune to this effect.

Since they feed off of space-times, logically their sizes far exceed those. A baby aracnea would be roughly the size of a universe, while an adult one could swallow an entire continuum whole with a single bite. Some aracneas have a transparent body, so from the point of view of other creatures, it should theoretically be possible to see numerous galaxies and superclusters that they ate wandering inside them before being digested.

---Abilities---

<<Confusion Eyes>>: Anyone who looks at the eyes of an aracnea will instantly enter a state of permanent confusion, madness, terror, paralysis, and hallucination. In extreme cases, it is possible that the effect is so strong it might cause instant faint or straight-up death.

<<Indestructible Webs>>: Aracneas can produce special webs from their bodies, which they can use for mobility and hunting. The material is extremely sticky and indestructible to the point where not even a universe exploding can scratch it, in addition to continually weakening any foe who happens to be touching it.

<<Post-Death Gas>>: If an aracnea dies in battle, its body will produce a gas-like effect that will instantly kill any living and non-living being who makes contact with it. After a few seconds, both its body and the foes affected will transmute themselves into food for other spiders.

---Modus Operandi---

When an aracnea spots a prey, its first act will be shooting its sticky web at them in a net-like format, preventing most kinds of dodging. After the prey is trapped in it, the spider deliberately tries to make eye contact with the victim so that it can be instantly incapacitated. If the prey somehow has prior knowledge and keeps its eyes closed, the aracnea simply waits for them to get extremely weakened so that it can open the target's eyes by itself.

In cases where the aracnea is unsuccessful with its web assault, the spider may opt to rely on its eyes and poisonous spikes to take down its foes.
