"God damn..." The man muttered, surveying the aftermath of the chaos.

The scene was filled with rangers, each wearing gas masks as they meticulously analyzed the damage. Amid the shattered storefronts and demolished buildings, the ground was littered with strange blood and scattered organs, painting a macabre picture.

Among the rangers, a man with short yellow hair and a beard stood out. His brown eyes scanned the scene with a mixture of frustration and grim determination. His robust frame was clad in a light brown jacket, a white shirt underneath, a long light green tie, black pants, and black shoes. He exuded an air of authority and weariness as he lit a cigarette.

"Christ..." he muttered, taking a drag from his cigarette as he walked up to the grisly scene. The scent of blood and smoke mingled in the air, creating a haunting atmosphere.

One of the rangers approached him, their voice muffled by the gas mask. "Captain, it's worse than we thought. These aren't just regular attacks. Something more sinister is at play."

The man, now identified as the captain, sighed deeply. "I figured as much. Keep gathering evidence and see if we can trace this back to its source. We need to know what we're dealing with here."

The ranger nodded and returned to their work, leaving the captain to ponder the situation. He took another drag from his cigarette, his mind racing with questions and theories.

"We're dealing with something new, something dangerous," he thought.

Suddenly, someone walked up to Hank from behind. He turned around and saw a girl with a much more athletic body. She had dark skin, a serious expression, green eyes, and red lipstick. Her hair was styled into a black twisted mohawk with orange lines.

She wore a white costume with a black turtleneck, dark blue pants, and dark red shoes.

"Captain Hank," she greeted.

"Junko," Hank replied with a nod.

Junko walked up to Hank and looked at the scene. "What happened here?"

"That's what I'm trying to find out," Hank responded. "However, the person that did this seems to know what they're doing."

Junko examined the scene with interest. "Who are the victims?"

Hank chuckled darkly. "One of our teammates."

Junko sighed, unsurprised. "A lot of people want the rangers dead... and it seems someone succeeded."

"However," Hank continued, "the examination revealed that their bodies were deformed."

"Deformed?" Junko echoed, frowning.

Hank took a puff from his cigarette. "Apparently, these rangers were 'affected.' Their bodies were changed in some way. The medical team reported unusual growths—red, pointy structures emerging from their bodies. It wasn't just physical damage; it was something deeper, almost like a mutation."

Junko's eyes widened. "Mutations... That sounds like some sort of biological warfare."

"That's not all," Hank added. "There were reports of ghouls. Five of them, to be precise. It's like someone or something is pulling the strings, using these creatures to cause chaos and target us."

Junko looked around the scene again, her mind racing. "So, we have mutated rangers and ghouls working together. This isn't a random attack; it's a calculated move against us."

Hank nodded. "Exactly. And the presence of the ghouls suggests that whoever is behind this has a powerful and dangerous agenda. We need to figure out what we're dealing with before more of our people get hurt—or worse."

Junko clenched her fists. "We need to find the source of these mutations and stop whoever is orchestrating these attacks. Any leads on where to start?"

Hank sighed, extinguishing his cigarette. "We're working on it. For now, we need to gather more intel, track down any possible witnesses, and see if we can connect the dots. But one thing is clear: we're dealing with a new kind of threat, and we can't afford to underestimate it."

Junko: But what about the one that did all this?

Hank looked at Junko, his expression grim. "From the reports we've gathered, there was one individual who seemed to stand out."

Junko raised an eyebrow. "Stand out how?"

Hank took a deep breath. "Witnesses mentioned a large figure, almost beast-like, moving with incredible speed and strength. They described it as a tall creature with fur, possibly a transformed human. It took down both the mutated rangers and the ghouls with brutal efficiency."

Junko's eyes widened. "A transformed human? Are we talking about another mutation or something else entirely?"

Hank nodded slowly. "That's what we're trying to figure out. The descriptions are vague, but it seems like this individual had control over their transformation. It could be a result of an experimental drug, a curse, or something we haven't encountered before."

Junko frowned, deep in thought. "If this person has the power to transform and take down such threats, they could either be an ally or a significant danger."

"Exactly," Hank agreed. "We need to track them down, understand their motives, and see if we can get them on our side—or at the very least, ensure they don't become a bigger threat."

Junko looked around the crime scene again, her resolve hardening. "We have a lot of work ahead of us. Let's start by identifying any possible leads on this transformed individual. Maybe we can find something in the surveillance footage or from eyewitness accounts."

Hank nodded. "Agreed. I'll coordinate with the team to gather all available data. In the meantime, stay vigilant. If this individual is as powerful as the reports suggest, we need to be prepared for anything."

As Junko walked away, Hank's eyes followed her, a deep sense of dread etched into his features. He took another drag from his cigarette, the smoke curling around him like a shroud. The weight of the situation pressed heavily on his shoulders, and he knew the stakes were higher than they had ever been.

Hank muttered to himself, "This is just the beginning...a strange beginning"
