End of being a Newbie!

" Yes! Yes! Yes! I want to! " , Adam answered instantly and joyfully.

Commander simply smirked at the enthusiast shown by Adam, he was looking forward to their so called, 'Training'!

Then...

....their training began!

Soon, 5 days passed..

Adam was training in the center of the mountain. The monsters here are only of E-grade and F-grade monsters.

He was running all around the area repeatedly. It was part of the so called ' training'!

Every 4:00 in the morning, Adam was tasked to complete jogging around the mountain three times! It was hard at first cause the area was so wide, but later on, Adam managed to endure and complete the task.

Second, he would do some exercise which are primarily focuses on breathing control! Muscular endurance, and flexibility! This was to help him have a well-build body that is suitable for fighting!

Thirdly, he would be teached by the commander regarding his fighting stance, style and skills! The commander would told him his mistakes and things need to improve.

It was hard cause once he made a mistake, he would repeat from the start!

He was also asked to keep the absolute defense activate all the time. But Adam only had few mana reserves and was only able to keep the shield activate for 5 minutes. He constantly drink mana potion to activate the shield.

This was mainly to give Adam time to inspect his skill and have a better grasp of his shield, and hopefully, level up his skill!

Adam also sneaked out sometimes to try using his other skill 'Death', to have a better grasp of the skill and also increase its proficiency!

It was 2:30 in the afternoon, and Adam was currently doing the last part of training for the day, it was killing Monsters!

This was mainly to gain fighting experience and apply his learnings allthrought the day. And partly was to gain experience to level up, and also monsters core for attributes.

They are currently in the center of the mountain, before them was entrance of the F-rank Portal. But they do not dared to enter this portal within 5 days of training, the reason? Because inside the portal was the monsters territory, where they are buffed significantly increasing their attack power and such, and inside was different environment which are completely unknown!

They are only fighting and killing the monsters that are spewing out from Portal, mostly F-rank monster with some being E-rank.

Adam can easily dealt with F-rank monsters, and during 5 days of training, he can now also fight one on one with an E-rank monster without being disadvantaged!

But of course, he was still working on increasing his strength attribute to strengthen his attacks and penetrate deeper on monsters defense.

He was able to gain a total of 100 experience points but was still unable to level up to E-rank, this was because he was still not able to increase his attributes to the limit of F-rank which are 50 points each.

Soon, Adam was able to finally kill the monster he was fighting!

" Good, Good! You've improved significantly! " , commander said, with a smile full of gladness.

" It was all thanks to you sir! " , Adam said full of vigor

" It was now only 17 days away till hunter examination!..." The commander said..

As he heard this, adams face lose its joy and turns serious! Only 17 days remaining! He had to level up to E-rank within 17 days! Only then would he have a chance to pass the exam!
