Berserk Monster

" Retreat! Retreat! Immediately retreat! "

This words confused all the soldier as the voice was full of worries and since the monster are now injured, they cant think of a reason why they have to retreat. As they are thinking of it, a voice from one of the soldiers are heard.

" Berserk! Its on berserk! " the soldier said

A berserk monster was a monster that got stronger as the damage they received increases, meaning, the more damaged the monster is, the stronger it will be. But as the damage was life threathening and considered fatal, the berserk becomes more stronger, the only downfall of it was that they will lose their sanity and began attacking whatever got on its way, be it of its same keen(monster) or humans.

As the soldier are still lost on their thoughts. A humanoid shape can be seen flying on the sky, it was full of burn and still on fire. As it got nearer, a tear now starts to form on the corner of the soldiers eyes. One of the female soldier got on his knee and starts crying, while one of them jumped out of the wall, trying to catch and save the humanoid shape thats on fire.

" Retreat, retreat immediately! " repeat the soldier

As the soldier finally catch the humanoid shape thats on fire, he used water skills to put the fire out. Tears starts to fall on the ground as he saw the face of the humanoid shape, it was their commander!

The body was full of burned marks and missing its two arms and one foot. Anger, sadness and worry can be seen on the faces of the soldier.

After a while, he started going towards the city, the soldiers also started running as the strongest of them was only of D grade hunter and cant fight one on one with a berserk one.

The berserk monster also starts running towards the city. It lose its sanity and now started acting based on its insticts. The wall easily break upon contact with the berserk monster. Gladly, the soldiers are now out of the wall and walking on the streets.

The citizens face got gloomy as they saw the berserk monster that easily break their wall. They are the citizen who are unable to fit in the bunker, and still unable to find a place to hide at. The berserk goes toward the middle of the city, rampaging and stepping on the citizen.

Screams can be heard and blood continues to drip out of the humans body as they got either eaten or stepped on by the berserk monster.

Various buildings also collapsed as they got hit by the monster. Monsters of E-F grade also starts to enter the city through the broken wall.

Amidst of this all, a boy in his apartment was looking at a knife in his hand. If one are able to see this scene, they will think that the boy are now planning to commit suicide because of his reverse grip on the knife, the pointed and sharp edge of the knife are pointing towards his heart!

He seems hesitating as his hands are shaking completely. A moment later, he heard screams outside of his apartment. And as he look at the window of his apartment, he got goosebumps upon what he saw.

A big eye was looking at his window, it was so big and of same size as his window. The eye was looking at his face and anger can be seen on it. It was bloody red in color and veins are bulging from it.

After a moment of being stuck staring at each others eyes, the monsters hand starts to decend from his window. The glass window easily broke upon contact with its big hand.

Upon seeing this, the boys eye spots on the knife on his hand and starts thinking.

He was about to kill himself so why bother avoiding the hands? Didnt he want to die earlier? So why bother avoiding the monsters hand?

After he made up his mind, he close his eyes and a smile can be seen on his face. It was a smile full of gladness. At the same time, tears starts to fall from his eyes. No one knows why he started crying while smiling.

As he closed his eyes, various scenes from the past starts to form on his mind. It was a happy scene with two person who seems to be his parent. They are laughing and seems enjoying. After this, scenes that shows other peoples faces which are all laughing and calling him appears again on his mind. It was such a happy scene.

After this, the smile on his face starts to fade. His closed eyes before had starts to open. And an urge to live can be seen on his face.

He wants to live! But it was too late, cause as he open his eyes, the big hands are now one meter away from him and was about to grab him when suddenly, a light descends on his body and a telephatic message appeared on his mind saying...
