I woke up a little over six hours later, feeling calm and energized. 

I hadn't expected the formula for the forbidden strengthening would be this painful. 

The formula before that hadn't been this painful; it was the least painful one since I had started practice at the Sovereign stage.

I didn't immediately get up from my spot, despite caked sweat over me and under me. I just lay there, thinking, nothing and everything.

It was a little over ten minutes, that I had got up and walked directly into the shower. After I came out, I changed into a new set of clothes and stepped out of the room.

The sumptuous breakfast appeared in front of me.

Since I had started training, my appetite had increased a lot. I could satiate with energy and do it when I didn't have time to eat, but when I had time, I preferred to eat.
