Rakaeh

She started from the palm and went up, covering every inch of skin with the runes. It is a beautiful formation with a nasty effect.

There are two formations in there. I could already guess one and anger couldn't help, but blaze in my heart. I didn't do anything and just watched as runes covered the chest, before moving to the other hand.

After that, it was her head, stomach, and legs, before she turned her and tattooed her back.
