"Sky Lord," greeted Silus Bishop with a bow, "Silus," said the Grand Lord without looking from the documents he was reading.

"I did not like to intervene in the matters of organization, and you have been doing a fine job, much better than I would have done if I had been in your place," He said softly, still not looking at him, and Silus shuddered in his heart. 

He knows the Grand enough to notice the 'but' in a sentence and also the disappointment.

"Do you know what these are, Silus?" asked Sky Lord as he finally looked at him and tapped on his desk, and tens of documents flew up. 

It took Silus a moment to see what these letters were, and seeing them, pupils couldn't help but shrink. "Letters of justice," he said.
