First Kill

Its sword, which was about to cut me into two, froze away; its body, its eyes are fine, as one could see shock appearing in its eyes and it quickly reacting to move away but unfortunately, it is too late as my sword pierced through the chest of the Sharkman.

Instantly destroying its heart and killing it, or at least it looked that way as I stored its body up in my core and looked at the shocked Houndsman.

"It is now your turn!"

I said to the Houndman and moved to attack it; it reacted immediately and dodged the attack instead of countering it. What happened had just now scared it and also made it quite confused about how it had happened.

To be honest, I could have killed two of them instantly and would not even have to lift my finger to do that, seeing I have both of them bound in my strings, but I did not do that. I need it to be alive, at least till my core finished up harvesting the Sharkman and get me the boost from its bloodline.
