3712 Escape

'These bastards are really strong,' I thought as I looked at the battle.

It had been four, and a half minutes since the battle began, and they were still fighting. Their battle had become so intense, that it had scared away all the monsters, even the strongest one had retreated.

I am waiting for the opportunity to escape, but aren't seeing any. 

If I tried to escape now, he would attack me. He won't even need much effort. A single energy attack would be more than enough.

I don't want to take such a risk unless I really have no choice and I am moving toward it.

It had been over twenty seconds since their power had stopped rising fast. They are reaching their peak. Once they do, they will either have to use their final move and continue to fight the battle of attrition, till one of them wins.
