I was talking with the Teacher when suddenly, my holowatched beeped with notification. The notification was from the pyramid.

The pyramid is sending out an important patient to me in a minute and asking me to treat them. They did not mention who the patient is, but it is clear that it is a Grandmaster; only a Grandmaster could worth pyramid to inform me on their patient is coming.

"What is it?" The Teacher asked, "A pyramid is sending an emergency patient," I answered and walked toward the infirmary with a teacher.

Soon, I reached the small inhouse infirmary where I received the emergency patients who rarely come.

There are very capable healers in the pyramid, and unless it is a strange condition that is out of the expertise of the other healers, they will not send toward me.
