As the needles touched the bones, they released thick energy that spread across my bones, forming a layer around my bones.

This had surprised me as seeing the needles, I had been very prepared for them to pierce through my bones like they did my skin, but instead, they had released the energy which is now covering my bones.

It did not take even a minute for the energy to spread, covering my bones whole, when the needles finally moved, and instead of piercing as I had expected them to, they began to move on my bones, carving the delicate runes on them.

Thousands of needles doing that in unison, making me feel like a horde of ants eating away my bones. It is a good thing; these bones are binding me tightly; otherwise, I did not think I would have been able to stay seated on my spot with all my willpower.
