They were shocked, seeing me leaping at the rift, but reacted instantly and attacked.

All seven of them had launched powerful attacks, and I am glad no one dared to appear in front of me. Even they wouldn't risk appearing in front of the rift in which I might push them.

Now, I have to survive these attacks coming from my left and right and I really hope, my most trusted defensive measures will show their reliability again.

Attacks came, but before they could touch me. They crashed against something invisible, which became visible.

The red shield on the right had materialized and as the attack of a woman crashed against it. It shook and lit up, but other than that, there was no visible change in it.

BANG BANG BANG!

A fraction of a second later, the attacks crashed against the shield, making the green shield on the right materialize.
