The crew was stunned and said "What?!" Katakuri nodded and said "Blackbeard... He... We fought against him many times. The first time he came we stomped him but he got away, the next time was 2 years later and he had new Crew Members, straight from Impel Down. We fought for days and were interrupted by a Buster Call."

Robin gasped, Katakuri nodded and continued "We... we just barely escaped. If not for my brother making a shield and... my sister having a devil fruit ability of easy transport... We would've all died then. We got back to New Tottoland and just regrouped, not expecting..."

He clenched his fists and his Conqueror's haki leaked out, alerting the crew. Luffy got serious, this guy was strong! Katakuri took a breath and said "I don't know how long ago, but Blackbeard attacked New Tottoland with much more force than we had seen before."

He growled "The bastard! He must have a special ability! Joker and his executives joined his crew and they all attacked Whole Cake Island... Devil Fruit users were in abundance in the battle. He..." Katakuri covered his face and continued "He didn't even leave corpses, he collected them all... Even Mama. Maybe they weren't dead. I don't know. I was fighting so many people at once..."

He shook his head and clenched his fist "I was told to escape... I tried to get the others to leave first... But he knew! He knew they would escape that way. They plunged right into his trap and disappeared... In the end I sent my sister Brulee away and distracted Blackbeard, going in a different direction."

He sighed and let his fist go, explaining "They came for me, not knowing how useful Brulee's fruit really was. In the end half my boat was destroyed and a storm appeared, saving me luckily. Then I woke up here."

Luffy frowned and said "This Blackbeard guy sounds like a real bad guy." Robin frowned and said "He just captured them?" Katakuri replied "He took them and dumped out corpses with holes in their chests." he shook his head and said "I don't know what he was doing but his crew never killed a single person, he killed every single one himself."

The crew was mortified, Katakuri looked sad and Yami patted his shoulder saying "Don't worry, Scarf bro. We'll peel Blackbeard's flesh and torture him until he begs for death then, we'll slowly drown him in the sea." the crew blinked and Katakuri said "Thanks, Scarf bro."

Now they were confused and Yami nodded in support.

Luffy said "Well, we're going to Wano right now. We're gonna kick Kaido's ass, then continue after that..." Katakuri nodded and said "It's fine, I can wait." Luffy grinned and nodded, cheering "WE GOT A NEW CREWMEMBER! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

The crew smiled and Katakuri was stunned, these people were so friendly! Yami gave Katakuri the Impurity Cleanse and Metal Bones as they partied, Katakuri was overwhelmed by their warm welcome. He subconsciously smiled to himself, this place was much different than Mama's.

He kinda liked it!

The crew continued sailing and learned that Katakuri can a Mochi Mochi fruit that was kind of like Luffy's! Also that he liked Doughnuts. He also had a strange habit of eating Doughnuts at a certain time every day. Sanji made Doughnuts but told him that making them everyday was not going to be possible. He had other kinds to do too, he couldn't just make food for Katakuri, who understood.

Yachiru made a secret call and a few hours later, she was holding a bag.

She gave the bag to Yami, who gave the bag to Katakuri, saying "Welcome." Katakuri was stunned and opened the bag, he was assaulted by the most heavenly smell in the entire world.

Doughnuts!

He looked at the bag and his mind trembled, the space in this bag was absolutely massive, he couldn't eve see the end! What's more...

IT WAS FILLED WITH DOUGHNUTS!

ENDLESS DOUGHNUTS!

Sanji sniffed and smirked, that's teacher's cooking alright. His specialty was sweets and desserts! Sanji didn't even come close to how good Hiro was, especially not on desserts. Sanji had never seen so many different desserts before, they were all extremely well made, there wasn't even a single bit of loss of focus from Hiro when he cooked for Zerotwo.

When he was making desserts for her, forget about it. The earth could explode and he wouldn't even notice.

Sanji said "You should cherish that bag." Katakuri looked up and Sanji added "Those are probably the best doughnuts in the entire world. Probably even more than that." Sanjir shrugged and said "I don't even come close." Katakuri was stunned, Sanji's cooking was amazing, how could it be better?!

Sanji grinned "My teacher made 'em. I can't even compare to him, not even a bit." Katakuri had a single doughnut, they were about the size of half his palm. He took a bite and froze with widened eyes, he went into foodphilactic shock.

Sanji caught the falling doughnut with a plate and set the plate and bag in front of Katakuri before walking away, knowing that this was gonna take a while.

The crew continued sailing before getting to Wano, they were almost there, when they heard "THESE ARE THE BEST DOUGHNUTS I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!" the crew chuckled and Law showed them the way to get into Wano without having to go through the waterfall.

The followed him and got into Wano as Law explained the plan to them, telling them to follow it this time. Suddenly a storm appeared and scattered most of the crew. Law was stunned and looked at the remaining people. He sighed and said "They'll figure it out, let's go." as he brought the group into Wano.
