A few days passed and Erina improved by miles each day.

Hiro nodded in satisfaction seeing her progress. She listened to him and started trying harder which was a good thing! Unfortunately, she was doing a bit too well to the point where she was breaking even on profits.

Which was a bad thing because Hiro had a bet with her.

He didn't want to grant her a wish!

What if she asked for him to be her husband?

He had a wife you know!

Hiro shook his head seriously and muttered to himself. These wishes had to change and he would have to change them despite saying that he would grant any wish. He sighed to himself, there was no way around it! His hands were tied!

A while later

The last food service came and went and Hiro went to check the float. They broke even and even profited a single dollar!

Erina looked at the float and her mouth twitched, Hiro gave her the dollar and said "Don't spend it all in one place!" she looked at the dollar in her hand and then at Hiro's smiling face before feeling a strong urge to punch him in the face.

Zerotwo was off to the side, covering her mouth and laughing.

Erina threw the dollar but Hiro caught it out of the air and putting it back in Erina's hands, saying seriously "This is the first dollar you've made in a restaurant all by yourself. You should keep it! Maybe someday you'll have a story to tell your kids about this dollar."

Erina stayed silent and looked at the dollar in her palm before sighing and putting it in her pocket. She seemed to have remembered something and looked at Hiro, saying "Where's my wish?" Hiro cleared his throat and said "About that..."

He coughed and started "I have to change the wish. You're not allowed to wish for me being your boyfriend/husband/sugar daddy or anything else you can think of. I will not give you any physical contact other than a hug and head pats. Also-"

Erina shouted loudly "Ok! Okay! Stop! I understand!" she had a beet red face and Zerotwo was looking at Hiro in exasperation, Hiro was unfazed and said righteously "Who knows what's going on in your head? It's completely possible that you've been conquered by my otherworldly charms."

He sighed and turned his head to the window, muttering "It's a blessing and a curse to be this handsome..." Erina's face twitched and she looked at Zerotwo, who sighed and shook her head, indicating that she has no idea what's going on in Hiro's head.

As Hiro was being rueful, Erina said "Can you find a person for me?"

Hiro stopped and looked at her, a glint flashed in his eyes as he said "Depends who." Erina said seriously "Joichiro Saiba" Hiro's mouth curled upwards and he said "Are you sure? You only get one wish. You can wish for ANYTHING."

He grinned slightly and added "I mean absolutely anything. There isn't anything that I can't do for you..." he chuckled and continued "Even if you want someone to 'disappear'." Erina jumped in shock and her face paled, looking at Hiro fearfully.

He just laughed and smiled "Just kidding~"

Erina let out a breath and collected herself, saying "I am sure." Hiro nodded and said "You just want me to find this person, yeah?" she nodded her head and Hiro added "You don't want anything else? Just to know his location?"

She paused before sighing and nodding.

Hiro smiled and said "Alright, I can do this for you. But it will take a while, go to sleep and go back to school, I will come find you when I find him." Erina smiled and said "Thank you." before leaving.

Hiro watched her go and Zerotwo smiled "Just kidding, eh?" Hiro let out a dry laugh and replied "Did you see her face? She looked like she was gonna jump out the window!" he shook his head and looked at Zerotwo, smiling "I can't remember when killing people was taboo."

She hummed and sat on his lap, leaning her head on his chest as she said "I don't think it ever was, lover. The world where we met in... people were dying left and right..." she looked up at him and added "You didn't seem bothered by it at all."

Hiro looked at her and hummed to himself "I guess not, I don't even remember the first person I killed... Ah wait. Wasn't it that guy that told me to stay away from you at the lake after we met for the first time?"

Zerotwo hummed and nodded in confirmation.

Hiro thought back and remembered that he had kicked that guy off the platform and made him splat on the ground. He sighed to himself "Ahh... The good ol' days." he looked at Zerotwo and tickled her a bit, teasing "You were so cute back then. Chasing me around and acting all mysterious."

Zerotwo pouted at him and he laughed "Then again, with my looks, who wouldn't chase after me? This is the price for beauty!" Zerotwo laughed and bit him, making him yelp and her giggle "The price for beauty, eh?! Are you saying I'm not beautiful?!"

Hiro said immediately "What?! Are you joking?! You're the most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my lives! I love you more than I love myself!" she sneered "Oh! That must be a lot then!" Hiro yelped "AH! Yes! So much! A lot of love!"

She giggled and bit him again.
