23 CH-21 Rom-com Monkey?
On a white tea table, were two people and one rabbit sitting alongside each other, the rabbit and woman stared at each other, while the man looked at both of them like they were in a tennis match.
"So-" Jin tried to say something but Lola got on her two little feet pointing her paw at Scáthach at she looked at him.
"Is she my mommy?" As these words came out of Lola's mouth, Scáthach had a visible blush on her face which she hid pretty quickly and Jin just whispered to himself,
'Not yet, Sweetie, I hope it does happen soon.' *cough* "Let's get back to my realm Scáthach, We're having our spar there today." Jin said as he put Lola on his shoulders while standing up and Scáthach just nodded her head.
One might think she was calm and collected but while she had lived for a long time, Scáthach had no idea of how to proceed. She knew that she definitely felt something upon seeing Jin, but even then she had no idea of what love truly was.
Inside the Training Space
On a circular floor, with a line dividing it into two equal pieces forming a diameter, two benches were present, with Jin sitting on one of them, while Lola sat on his lap,
"Daddy, you didn't answer my question, is she my mommy?"
"Who knows Lola? Let's see what happens in the future, though I hope that we both can fall in love with each other."
"Hmm, what should I call her then? Future mommy?" lola asked him as she looked into his eyes with shimmers in them.
'Cute!'
Mori thought for a second before saying, "Naah, let's leave that for later. You can call her that soon."
[Hahahahaha, how soon Host?]
'Sooner than you finding another system to marry.'
[System going into sleep mode.]
'Hehe. mofo AI'
While the system and his host were bickering, Scáthach walked towards the Sparring ring, wearing a dark grey karate uniform with a black belt, with her tying up in a ponytail behind her.
"Is this a training uniform?" she asked while holding her spear in one hand.
"Hmm?" Jin turned and looked upwards seeing Scáthach wearing a karate gi as he tried not to stare too much.
"Yes, you can think of it like that." Jin said as he put Lola down standing up and stretching a bit as he too moved toward the ring. "You go and play around somewhere near Lola, I'll be done in a jiffy." Jin threw a flying kiss toward the cute rabbit as Lola smirked at him. "All the best daddy. Buh-bye!" Lola jumped and raw towards the forest behind the ring.
"Now, I'll get a bit serious this time Scáthach. You should keep your senses sharp." Jin took out a random wooden staff spinning it around before pointing it at her.
"You're finally using a weapon."
"Oh, yeah no, see you might feel that you were improving but that was a lot slower than what I expected. So we're changing things up a bit. Let's spar first, I'll explain the rest of the stuff after this."
"All right." Scáthach said as she tried to find any openings on him, but like the other two spars, she could not see a single one.
"Rather than trying to find openings, you should work on making one first," Jin replied as he banged his staff downwards, taking a quick jump toward her as he aimed his staff for her head. Scáthach moved her spear forwards, hoping to strike his abdomen as he jumped but before her spear could touch him, Jin parried the spear sideways and hit the ground with his foot, producing an airwave.
She moved backward, trying not to get hit by the wave but Jin just vanished from his position, appearing behind her as he raised his hand and did a chop at her neck, knocking Scáthach out.
"That went pretty quick."
[She's weak Host, and can't you just defeat her politely like a gentleman.]
"Are you being sexist right now Eva? Let me tell you, I'm a firm believer of gender equality so no sparing because of genders and all that stuff."
[...]
"I should probably get her someplace to rest. She'll probably be out for an hour." Jin picked her up, carrying her on his back s he started moving towards the mansion but throughout the walk, he had a red face because he could feel two soft things on his back.
[Why is your heart beating faster Host? She's not that heavy anyway.] Eva asked with a questionable voice but Jin just kept on moving without saying anything.
As they reached the room at the side of the hall, he put her on the bed, tucking her in before leaving the room with a red face.
'Damn! I was a doctor in my previous life and I've definitely touched some before but that felt way too soft! But now I feel like I took advantage of a sleeping girl.'
"Tch." Jin clicked his tongue once and ran to a tree, hanging upside down on one of it's branches.
[Ohhh! Now I get why you had a red face! Pervert Host!]
"Hmph. I thought you could read my mind shitty AI."
[Bleh. I stopped doing that as you seemed quite pissed off about that. But now I feel like poor Scáthach is in danger, staying with a beast like you all alone.]
"I'm a monkey of virtue but no point in giving you an explanation. Just open the Gacha. I feel pretty lucky today."
[Hmm. Sure you do, my rom-com anime Host.]
