On the western side of Novaria, inside the Onyx Cartel's territory, there was a small city called Drasphia, which had fallen wholly under the cartel's influence.

Most of the people in Drasphia were living in poverty, and the few that thrived worked directly under the cartel.

Netherius and Wolfram, whose spirits were possessing Darius and Ruben's dead bodies, were meeting inside a massive mansion on the outskirts of the city. There, they discussed the recent loss of their properties in the north.

After Netherius felt the connection with his Death Knight breaking, he deduced that Dante had been the one to kill him, as the necromancer knew that not many people from Earth would be strong enough to deal with him.

Netherius wasn't particularly angry at the loss of his Death Knight and his hostages. However, when he received notice that his necrotic reactor had been destroyed, the necromancer was indignant.
