Right now both Alex and Logan we're walking on the sidewalk and Logan suddenly asked," So, who was that guy at the stairs with your sister."

Alex turned towards him and said," He was her new boyfriend and how do you know her in the first place?"

Logan replied," oh the whole school knows Hailey Dunphy as she is very popular, the reason behind it, I don't know. can you please tell me why?"

Alex looked at the road in the front ahead and said," You know she was very popular from start and always had so many friends and boy~~~friends around her because of her style I guess."

Logan asked," Why are you saying boy~~friends like this."

Alex said," Because no one can tell who is her boyfriend among them."

Logan nodded in understanding and asked," So she is one of those girls who can kiss and hug another boy while in a relationship."

Alex said with little annoyance," Hey, you can't say that about her in front of me. we are sisters after all no matter how much we fight we are still sisters."

Logan nodded and he already knew about this because he saw in season 2 how much both of them support each other if the other needs it.

Logan said," Sorry but by what you said, it gives me that kind of vibes."

Alex just said 'It's okay ' and both of them soon reached the departmental store Alex said to Logan," You pick up icing sugar and food colouring while I go and get the cream."

Logan asked," Which colour?"

Alex think about it and said," Just pick up whatever you like but make sure to pick up red and pink."

Logan nodded and said," Okay madam." (An:/ by the way he is wearing and mask, hat and glasses to cover his face.)

Alex punched his shoulder and Logan just chuckled and went to pick up the things.

After some time both of them met at the counter and Alex asked," How much time has it been since you went shopping like this."

Logan replied," New York, 1 week ago."

Alex asked," Oh what did you buy."

Logan smirked and replied," A 5-star hotel and a Mall."

Alex looked at him with some surprise and Logan smirked more widely under his mask while thinking,' God knows how much I wanted to say this.'

Alex said," It's not yours but my fault that I asked you about this."

Logan's smirk got wiped from his face and Alex paid for the stuff and walked out of the store with Logan behind her.

On the way, Logan asked," Hey Alex, why don't you buy a bicycle. I mean it will be a lot easy to go to stores like today, you know."

Alex replied without looking at him," I thought about it but I don't need a bicycle because I don't come to purchase groceries that often and my brother Luke won't let it go without forgetting it somewhere."

Logan nodded and didn't say anything while walking and after some time Alex turned toward him and stared at him. Logan looked at her and asked," What?"

Alex asked," Why are you silent all of sudden?"

Logan said," I thought it would feel weird to you if I were the only one who keeps creating topics to continue the conversation."

Alex sighed and said," I know you're considerate but you don't have to worry about that."

Logan nodded and said," I think we should do our project tomorrow after all we don't have much to do in the research and writing area except for some of my ideas which we could use to make it look better."

Alex nodded in understanding and said," Okay, will you come to my house at the same time as today."

Logan become nervous but asked," Alex I was just thinking if you could come to my house next time."

Alex turned towards him hurriedly with surprise and asked," are you sure?"

Logan didn't understand what she meant but still nodded and Alex said," My mom won't let me go alone to a boy's house, you should have noticed that right."

Logan nodded again and said," looks like we don't have an option then."

Alex nodded and was happy that Logan understood her so easily but Logan's next words shocked her more, Logan said," why don't you bring your brother and sister along with you then."

Alex suddenly choked by hearing what Logan said," Cough Cough, I don't think that's a good idea so no."

Logan tried to make puppy eyes but Alex said," These types of eyes may work in movies and cartoons but not in real life at least not on me."

Logan just 'Tsk' and finally accepted that it is too early to invite her to his home and if he forced her too much then their friendship is not strong and she may get very angry.

Soon both of them reached home and Logan also left after completing 50℅ of the work because it is only practical to complete it soon.

Logan made an appointment with Alex for the day after tomorrow because he had something to do tomorrow and can not avoid it because of how persistent Alfred was on his presence at this meeting.

Present time

Alfred was driving Logan home and asked on their way," So how was your time here sir."

Logan replied with a smile," Better than anywhere except when you, me and Olivia have evening coffee with her cookies."

Alfred chuckled and said," Haha, yeah nothing can compare to that but I and Olivia are getting old and we hope that you find someone who can support you even after us."

Logan frowned and said," I have already told both of you that, I am working on a formula to give both of you at least 100 years' worth of more life span and you will be shocked by hearing that the formula is already 90% complete."

Alfred immediately stopped the car and looked at Logan with a frown," do you even know what have are you saying right now. if this news got leaked all of us will be dead."

Logan smiled and asked," Isn't it more fun like this? our lives will become like those action and thriller movies with chasing scenes."

Alfred hearing his words just sighed and said," God save those old geezers from you tomorrow."

Logan just laughed while thinking about the contents of tomorrow's meeting.
