"Liches?!"

Everyone from the Dark Knight Commander assault team was so shocked as they heard Fateless' warning. What could cause the Liches to move away from their posts?

Several members raised their heads and looked at the walls and they felt completely disheartened by what they saw too—Fateless was right. Although these black dots were still far away, they were quite obviously Liches.

"What do we do now?"

Vibrant Blizzard, Snowleaf and a few Elementalists anxiously looked at the Liches that were flying toward them. Then, they threw a worried look at Rakoff, who was already trapped and restrained by Qin Ruo and Homme Fatale. They had come this far. It would be such a waste to just retreat. And the Dark Knight Commander had just been restrained a few moments ago too— they were so close to completing the quest. How did things go wrong?!
