Fateless had been focusing his full attention on the treasure chest since entering the cave. Only after the treasure chest was successfully opened did he notice the existence of his nemesis, Tiger Cub. The fellow had actually followed him into the Spirit Sovereign's cave.

Fateless did not think that the six of them would be so unlucky—they were still being pursued relentlessly by the guy after having entered Level 5 of the Graveyard of the Gods. In the midst of anxiety, Fateless still exhibited the Bandit Assassin's flair for remaining calm and composed in the face of death. In that moment of having nearly fallen into the enemy's trap, he snarled before he quickly turned around to retrieve a dagger and hurl it across at lightning speed. 

That was the first time Fateless was forced into such a difficult situation by a Bandit Class player.
