Just like any other minor Clans, they were a famous small Clan in part of a town belonging to the Angel Faction. But this can's leader and vice leaders had all reached the level of Tier 5. The clan leader had reached advanced Tier 5 a few days ago, while the two vice leaders reached advanced Tier 5 while the siege of the city happened.

The three had originally planned that when they have all successfully reached advanced Tier, they would use their influence as the three Tier 5's to help further advance their thousand over comrades and make themselves famous in the Angel Faction. They did not expect that before the remaining two could advance, that Moonrise City would be invaded and their clan forced to disband.
