The Five Leagues of Angel Faction's plan to siege and invade Sin City was kept a tight secret—an idea that Qin Ruo, Majestic Hero, Netherclaw, Scarlet Bauhinia and Black God came up together. They made sure that only Clan Leaders, Vice Clan Leaders, and a few Field Commanders knew about it.
