A marriage proposal

Max danced the night away with Hazriel, he did not care that Asiva and Anna felt jealous that a new woman was receiving so much of his attention, as this was his moment, and he did not want to ruin it from the fear of being reprimanded later.

He would rather enjoy the night with Hazriel and suffer the consequences of his actions later, than not enjoy it and regret it later.

His heart felt excited and his mood was elated and that was all that mattered.

He did hear a rather peculiar sounding shriek coming from the distance amidst dancing as he felt a bit weird as to what was going on, however, he chose to ignore that sound and focus on dancing with Hazriel as he was sure that others could handle the shriek.

Unfortunately, it seemed like the shriek was a bigger problem than what he had initially anticipated as five minutes later when other god's went to inquire about the source of the shriek, the scandal of the century was unearthed.
