MMORPG: Isekai World Online

It was the year 2030, in the modern era of humanity. A virtual game was released to the mass public known as Isekai World Online, It blew up in sales and its marketing campaign was extremely successful. People went into the game and enjoyed its play style, even the graphics were realistic. People questioned who made the game, as the company that supposedly created it has never been heard of by anyone, and their location is anonymous, but despite that, people continued to play it. Millions across the world enjoyed it, and its fan base continued to grow. The main character, Haruto Akechi, was one of the first people to play in the game’s beta before it released. He and a handful of players would grind the game and level up the highest they could go. However, everything changed for everyone once they logged back into the game, to realize the true intentions behind this game. For so long, people questioned why it was called Isekai World Online, but now they were bestowed with the truth. Their souls were trapped in the game, abiding by the laws of this new world. ____________________________________ Warning: Novel has LGBT stuff inside of it, extremely dark scenes, NTR for side characters, and other horrible aspects. If you don’t want a dark story full of evil, crimes, and needs to survive, I wouldn’t recommend it. ____________________________________ Claimer: Novel cover is the official cover for MMORPG: Isekai World Online, no claiming as yours.

Something is Wrong, I Can Feel It

I walked outside of our Guild Base, and considering nobody was there, it was no reason to stay any longer.

"Hmmm. Nothing has changed over the past week, interesting."

Our Guild Base was located in my kingdom, known as Ottenmore, the great kingdom of Emperor, also known as me.

My maids and loyal subordinates respect the guild members, because of course, I programmed them to do that, otherwise it'll be problems between them.

Imagine that, my kingdom's NPCs versus actual players.

But that's beside the point. Back to what I was saying;

Nothing has changed.

Usually, when I leave for long periods of time, I let my esquire handle the kingdom-building and expanding our territory, but I guess the update screwed with his progression.

Man, this sucks.

"I should call him here immediately, but I have a business to attend to." I turned away from the Guild Base and walked down the empty streets of Ottenmore Kingdom.

This was weird.

Too weird…

"Why isn't anyone here?"

I whispered under my voice.

[Notice. You have a message from Astral_Wrath22.]

("Huh? Astral? Wait, how the hell did she know I came online so fast?!!")

"Unfold."

There's one thing I didn't explain, and it's about the Personal Hub. All players in Isekai World Online have personal hubs. These hubs allow them to see their Health bar and Mana bar located at the upper right corner of the player's field of vision. It can show the health and names of the other members in the player's guild as well, but of course, you can hide their health bars to not let it block your field of view.

By saying "Unfold" it allows the player to bring up other options for their Personal Hub, such as inventory, equipment, accessories, items, guilds, and more.

Currently, I was heading for the Message inbox which had a red exclamation mark at the top left of the email icon.

{Message list

Astral: "Light, something weird just happened, all the NPCs in the game suddenly vanished when you got on. It's all your fault, delete the game and save us the misfortune."}

("…Well excuse me!")

I started replying back to her, texting, "You always tease me in little bugs like these, but I'm sure the devs will fix it in no time. Try not to worry so much about it." yeah, that is weird, this has never happened before.

"I suppose I'll visit the Main lobby, maybe I'll get answers there."

The Main lobby of Isekai World Online was located in the center of "Terra", which is the name of the world that we live in, in this game.

It's a large kingdom that spreads on for miles, you can trade stuff there, find party members to create guilds with, message players, and even have meetups to go drinking at an inn or something.

Whatever you wanted to do, the main lobby had it.

"Extend Magic, Spatial Warp."

Using Extend Magic to increase the range of spatial warp, a purple magical circle would appear underneath me, engulfing my body in its light.

I was teleported away from the Ottenmore Kingdom, appearing in the Main lobby where I could see thousands of players around me.

Ah, good, everything looks the same here.

That's a relief

"So it was just a bug." I mumbled.

"O.M.G, look! It's one of the four great kings, Emperor!"

A girl and her friends would spot me a couple of meters away. If they found out who I was so quickly, then they must've seen me before.

I made sure to hide my username and gamer tag in the settings, so how?

"Emperor!! Great King, Emperor!"

The girls came running towards me, which caught the attention of other females around them.

They screamed like annoying children before running toward me.

"…What a shame, I can't even visit the Main lobby without attracting people."

"Look at how cool he looks in his black coat! That black hair and his cool red eyes, it's not fair… it's not fair, it's not fair, it's not fair at all!!"

("Wait, what was she talking about? My looks aren't that great!? They're generic at best.")

"Fuck you all, I'll reach him first!!" Some girl shouted at the top of her lungs, summoning a potion in her hands.

Wait a second…

"That's the small potion of haste, is she really gonna consume that just to reach me? Then what?"

She drank it.

The girl didn't even hesitate.

Her speed accelerated faster than before as she approached me at Mach 2, closing her eyes as she held out her arms.

"Lord Emperor!! Please marry me, I dreamed every day I could meet you! The strongest human in Isekai Online- huh?!!"

BAM!

She crashed right into my foot, knocking her back.

She was bloodied and bruised in her face, holding it to feel the damage done.

"I just showed you all what'll happen if you approach me. Do you wish to continue?"

All of a sudden, they all stopped in their tracks.

Their bodies were paralyzed.

No one could move a muscle.

"…I-I can't move… what debuff is this?" Some adventurer class mumbled.

"I-I don't know… but did he do that just from talking? Is this the power of a Great King?"

"Dangerously approaching me, and harming one another just to be up close. I'm disappointed, I didn't know the lower-class players were such fools, do you wish to die?"

From my words alone they would have visions of their deaths, and each death was the truth.

From however they died in their vision was how they would die when they continued to defy me.

This was the power from my level infinity rings, known as Clotho, Lachesis, and Atropos.

They were located on my right hand; one was on my index finger, the other was on my middle finger, and the last one was on my ring finger.

Clotho was the one who showed the victims their deaths, and Lachesis was the one who manipulated fate to have the visions of their death become true. Last but not least, Atropos was the one to override all possible interferences that could prevent the enemy's deaths.

These are one of the most powerful items found in Isekai Online, and they belong to me!

"He has… the three rings of fate… but how?" Some Knight class mumbled.

"I-I don't know, but he is one of the four great kings after all." Another Knight class said.

"But then again, he has all three of them! The chances of finding all three are below 0.005%! Even taking hundreds of luck potions can't boost you to 0.5%, let alone 1%, yet he has all three of them in front of us." Shouted a Mage Class.

"Kuhahahaha! Everyone seems uptight, but I'm merely joking." I responded, catching their attention, "I come to seek information, about a certain bug. I was wondering if any staff was online in the Main lobby?"

"J-Joking?! Wait seriously?"

"Was he really joking? I was scared shitless…! Emperor really is terrifying… I would never wanna get on his bad side."

("What am I saying? I wasn't joking at all… I was just drunk off of power! I haven't done something that badass in ages, I just needed to get it out of me.")

"…Lord Emperor… I'm sorry if I truly annoyed you for approaching you in such a way."

The girl who drunk that haste potion was on the ground looking up at me with puppy dog eyes.

I could notice her lifting her skirt to reveal most of her thighs, and not to mention, the position she was in was quite seductive.

"Wipe that look off your face, you look pitiful."

"Gaaah!?" She widened her eyes at my comment.

"Do you need a health potion? I apologize if my attack wasted plenty of your life points."

"N-No… I don't need a health potion, b-but-"

"Very well then, I'll be off."

I walked away without any further questioning.

"What?!" She shouted, which I ignored.

("There's no staff in sight, I can't find them anywhere. Usually, they'll have an icon above their heads to indicate that they were admins.")

"Wait a second, Emperor!"

That voice, it's the same girl from a moment ago.

I slowly turned my head to face her.

"What is it?" I questioned.

"You just can't walk away!! Didn't you hear me? I dreamed every day that I could meet you! I even renamed my gamer tag after you, look and see for yourself! Unfold!"

She opened her Personal Hub and exposed her gamer tag to everyone.

("Her gamer tag is… 'Emperors_slave', how funny")

("Wait, it's Emperor's slave??!! What the fuck?!")

"THE HELL-" I suddenly caught myself, "I have no time for you, leave my sight." I nearly broke character there.

"You… you… cruel man! Even the Demon King is nicer to the humanoid races than you would ever be!"

She bowed her head, starting to cry.

("Man, why did they add crying mechanics to the game? I just find them unnecessary. But I just can't let the girl bawl her eyes out…")

I ignored it and walked away.

("Actually, on second thought, yes I can.")
