It was the year 2030, in the modern era of humanity. A virtual game was released to the mass public known as Isekai World Online, It blew up in sales and its marketing campaign was extremely successful. People went into the game and enjoyed its play style, even the graphics were realistic. People questioned who made the game, as the company that supposedly created it has never been heard of by anyone, and their location is anonymous, but despite that, people continued to play it. Millions across the world enjoyed it, and its fan base continued to grow. The main character, Haruto Akechi, was one of the first people to play in the game’s beta before it released. He and a handful of players would grind the game and level up the highest they could go. For so long, people questioned why it was called Isekai World Online, but now they were bestowed with the truth. Battle Against the Frost Queen

"The Infamous Phantom Mutiny. My kind knows of your existence across the cosmos. The ones who defy the systems of the world across the Ethereal Universe." The Frost Queen, standing at 50 meters spoke to us with a smirk across her face, knowing of our origins, yet showing no fear of our presence.

"Ethereal Universe?" Asked Christopher.

"Yes. The Ethereal Universe is the only universe throughout the Multiverse that functions like that of a video game. Isekai World Online's system isn't only limited to Terra but across the entirety of the universe. Players are bound by the limits of the game, except for us." Lucifer grinned, "It cannot hold us in its confines."

"So I see." Said Christopher, confidently smiling.

"Ethereal Universe, sounds familiar, wasn't that in the backstory of the game?" Asked Crimson, looking at Lucifer.

"Indeed. It was vague, but it said that it's one of God's greatest creations."

"What an asshole…" Muttered Hydra, "What kinda sick freak loves to watch people suffer?"

"Someone that's not fit to be called God." Said Lucifer.

"I'll prove to my brethren and sisters as to why I'm one of the strongest across the Primordial hierarchy. Verglas is my creator, I shall not fail him and his name." The Frost Queen clapped her blue hands together, muttering, "Primeval Technique: Absolute Zero!"

"A Primeval Technique?! Everyone, do not take her lightly!" I activated my Phantom Eyes, but they were nulled, having no effect on her Primeval Technique.

"Shit!" Crimson gritted his teeth together, watching as a light blue domain expanded from the Primordial before us.

This domain was abstract, embodying the Frost Queen's innate desires.

Desires lay dormant within the Data Core, and once those desires are awoken, they will manipulate reality based on their aspiration through Aspiration Domains, or other methods of attacking. This was the Frost Queen's desire to freeze the world in its entirety, leaving nothing but snow and ice.

"Ghhh… this wind!" Minegishi and everyone else were caught within her domain of aspiration, feeling the cold winds start freezing over our bodies.

I looked at my arm, widening my eyes, "This isn't magic being used, it's Datasets! Our resistance to the cold won't matter here."

"You have to be shitting me!?" Yelled Crimson.

Everyone's body started turning to solid Ice from head to toe, but Hydra lifted his shield into the air, chanting, "Avalons Oath!" Conjuring a golden barrier around us, Avalon's oath protected our bodies from the Icy winds.

"Hahahaha! Infinite resistances matter naught in a world of my desires, Great Kings! The only thing that can destroy another Aspiration Domain is a Primeval Technique!"

"Hey… guys, Avalons Oath won't last too long in this Aspiration Domain! We need to find a way out!" Shouted Hydra. Meanwhile, Christopher looked at me, gaining my attention with a hand on my shoulder, "Shall I?" He asked, smirking wide as ever.

"Christopher, what are you planning on doing?" I looked at him, confused by his question, but knowing Sandman… he was planning to do something risky.

"I will take her head-on, while the Phantom Mutiny plans an attack. Do not take long, Emperor."

What? Is he insane? Taking on a Primordial Fragment by himself? Heh… why am I surprised, all of my friends are lunatics. It was no stopping him now.

"Christopher, stay alive." I told him loud and clear, to which he nodded his head, saying, "There's nothing in this world that can kill me except for myself."

This confident bastard.

"Balance of the Two Realms!" Walking forward with Avalon's Oath surrounding him, Sandman achieved a harmonious balance between his human and Dryad heritage. This ultimate spell unlocks his true potential, granting a temporary boost to all attributes, significantly increasing his combat prowess, "I'll take you on, Primordial. Do not disappoint me."

"Bwahahaahaha! A lone warrior are you? I shall freeze you to your core!!" The winds around Christopher accelerated to higher degrees, crumbling Avalon's Oath around his body, but he wasted no time charging forward, chanting under his breath, "The Dryad Kings Crown!" A majestical crown appeared around his head.

The Crown itself channels ambient mana and amplifies Sandman's mana capacity. It increases the amount of magical energy he can store, allowing him to cast more spells before depleting his reserves.

"Time-Dilation Stab!" By jumping forward, Christopher shoved Velocity's Edge into the Primordial, focusing his mana into a single devastating strike.

"W-What?!" The Frost Queen was astonished by his speed alone, but countered his attack by creating a wall made out of ice in front of her, "Your attacks will not reach me, no matter how fast you become!" Confident in her defense, the Frost Queen watched her Ice wall crumble apart, "How… how are you so powerful?!" The Time-Dilation stab creates a localized time distortion, drastically slowing down the affected area for a brief moment. This immobilizes the opponent, leaving them vulnerable to follow-up attacks.

"Wipe that confident look off your face, it suits someone like me, not you." Christopher shattered through the ice, shouting, "Swiftstrike Blade!" Upon activation, the blade itself grew to Incalculable weights. This characteristic, combined with its inherent enchantments, allows Christopher to execute rapid and precise sword strikes, each one faster than the previous, becoming a blur of motion.

Breaking through the wall of ice, he struck the Frost Queen's torso with a flurry of strikes, injuring not only her body but Data Core as well.

She backed away through flight, lifting her hand to conjure another attack in front of her, "Taaaaa!!!" A wave of ice tracked Sandman down, colliding into his body to shatter Avalon's Oath.

"Oh shit, the barrier around Christopher broke apart!" Yelled Hydra, visibly nervous.

But I wasn't gonna let him die, there was no way in hell. Me, Angelica, and Lucifer were in the sky together, extending our palms forward, "Let's combine our techniques." Yeah, you heard me right. A plan to combine or conceptual techniques, and merge them together to create the ultimate attack.

Primeval Blue, Primeval Red, and Primeval Green.

Primeval Blue and Red were powerful, however, Green was just as strong. Embodying the Concept of Evil, it's an attack that reopens any wound that the enemy has ever received, no matter how old the wound is. It extends not only to physical wounds, but to mental wounds, spiritual wounds, and conceptual injuries across their lifespan. Those that they killed, or harmed in the past, will also have their wounds inflicted upon them from Primeval Green.

"Primeval Blue."

"Primeval Red."

"Primeval Green."

From combining our attacks together, they merged into one and created Primeval White. A combination of our attacks formed into one singularity, changing the world around us.

"You reckless idiot." Emerald teleported behind Christopher, catching him bridal style, "You could've died trying to take them on by yourself. One hit is all they needed."

"Yet they couldn't land it." Responded Sandman confidently.

Emerald had Christopher safe, protected in her Avalons Oath that Crimson bestowed.

"Primeval White!" (All)

Me, Angelica, and Lucifer launched the conceptual attack forward, flinging it at the Primordial. She could see it accelerate towards her location, so she decided to fend off against it; summoning multiple pillars of ice in front of her, they started shifting to create a powerful shield, ranging from 100 meters in diameter, and 100 meters in length.

Primeval White collided with the shield, but it didn't break. The Frost Queen infused it with all of her Datasets, keeping it from crumbling apart.

We were at a stalemate.

"Oh no the hell you don't!" Crimson ran behind the shield alongside Minegishi as they attacked the Primordial with their Supreme Grade Weapons.

"Azure Crescent!" Leaping into the air, Crimson swung his Moonblade forward, but the Frost Queen glanced at him, attempting to freeze the Defender-Class player from her eyes alone, "That all you got?!" But to her surprise, it failed miserably, "Haaaaahhh!" Crimson slashed against her shoulder, cutting her arm clean off.

The necklace around his neck, known as Katharsi, his infinity item, can help him with his defensive capabilities, protecting him from status effects such as stuns, poisons, ice, fire, and, a lot of other debuffs in the game. It specifically cleanses him of anything that would slow him down from battle. When the gem finds what the user is affected by, it glows a bright yellow and covers his body, preventing the status effects from working again.

The Frost Queen had underestimated the others, which would only cause her downfall, "I'm low on Datasets… I can only use magic now!" All of her datasets were infused into her shield, and all she had left was her mana which the Phantom Mutiny was naturally resistant to. It's why crimson resisted her Ice.

"Primal Edge!" Minegishi conjured forth his Supreme Grade Weapon. Being that of a Katana, it could cut through space, and virtually everything that it touches, no matter how durable it may be, "Hyaaaa!!" Her other arm was lopped off, and erased from existence.

"No… this can't be happening!"

Objects, weapons, or even spells that are cut by Primal Edge cannot be conjured anymore, as they're erased across all of history, preventing their usage from ever happening again.

"I must… keep the shield up! I cannot lose to you Phantom Mutiny! I'll show them why I'm the strongest… the strongest Primordial!!" With her willpower alone, she kept her datasets infused into the shield, surprising even me.

"Stubborn… but it won't be enough to save you!" I crossed my arms, laughing at her struggles before appearing above her head, "Kuhahaha! Allow me to welcome you to death's door, Primordial!"

"The Four Great Kings… your existences are but parasites in this world! The only one I will respect on Mother Terra herself is Haleth, one of the Three Witches of Calamity! Her power knows no bounds! She's strong enough to even defeat you, Emperor! One day she will take your head, I'll make sure of it!"

"Are those your last words, Frost Queen?!"

"Last words? Hahahaha, far from it!"

Before my very eyes, she had exploded into a bluish energy, emerging everyone in its essence, alongside Primeval White as well.

"You…!" To my surprise, she still had more tricks up her sleeves. Crimson, Minegishi, Emerald, and Christopher were captured in the energy, frozen solid. Even absolute zero would be child's play due to the cold temperatures that entrapped them.

All were affected, except one.

Brrrmmm!

The sounds of reality whirred as Emerald broke free from the Primordial's Ice via her Phantom eyes, which denied all phenomena.

"Brother…" Emerald muttered my name the moment she could see what was going on.

All around us… there were countless Frost Queen's, each one from a different universe.

Could we even win this battle?
