MMORPG: Isekai World Online

It was the year 2030, in the modern era of humanity. A virtual game was released to the mass public known as Isekai World Online, It blew up in sales and its marketing campaign was extremely successful. People went into the game and enjoyed its play style, even the graphics were realistic. People questioned who made the game, as the company that supposedly created it has never been heard of by anyone, and their location is anonymous, but despite that, people continued to play it. Millions across the world enjoyed it, and its fan base continued to grow. The main character, Haruto Akechi, was one of the first people to play in the game’s beta before it released. He and a handful of players would grind the game and level up the highest they could go. However, everything changed for everyone once they logged back into the game, to realize the true intentions behind this game. For so long, people questioned why it was called Isekai World Online, but now they were bestowed with the truth. Their souls were trapped in the game, abiding by the laws of this new world. ____________________________________ Warning: Novel has LGBT stuff inside of it, extremely dark scenes, NTR for side characters, and other horrible aspects. Aftermath of Grudges

"How?! How how how?!" Belial was inside Lucifer's castle, flipping over tables and ripping picture frames off the wall, his rage was evolving, "That fool! Losing to Angelica when he had the upper hand! You sniveling idiot, Lucifer!"

Belial fell to his hands and knees, clawing the ground underneath him.

"How will I take Emperor's throne now? How will I rule Ottenmore?! You completely abandoned our plans for the sake of love!!" Belial lifted his hand, smashing his fist into the ground, "Are you surrendering to the enemy this easily? What a worthless ruler! You should've never become a Great King! I would've been better than you!" Belial slammed his forehead into the floor, "Damnit all!"

He closed his eyes, releasing a giant sigh.

"What shall I do now? What will be my next move?"

Belial had to think. His goals were yet to be fulfilled.

"I've been planning to kick Emperor off his throne ever since we met. I gave him Nyarlathotep, the ring I created from mods, but he modified it to be better than the original. He's no ordinary enemy I can take on alone." He slowly lifted himself from the ground, widening his eyes in realization, "Ah! That's it…!" The former Guild Master stood up, "George Caspian, Lucifer's creator! He's still sealed away in one of the magical crystals held in his chamber."

Belial grinned as his void-like smile remained plastered on his face.

"Hehehe…Hahahahaha!" Lifting his head back, he laughed in victory, "Yes, that's it! The soul, I need the soul of the creator, and Lucifer will be in my grasp!"

The Soul. All things in the world have one, but during the age before the Isekai incident, the NPCs, Game avatars, mobs, and other creatures never had one. They were creatures programmed to follow their coding, and they were only data particles and nothing more.

But after the Isekai incident, all things in the world gained a soul. That's how NPCs, mobs, and other creatures obtained their own morality, and rational thinking. They can now operate how they were created, such as Emperor being created to be a tyrannical king, and Lucifer being created to be a treacherous ruler, if it wasn't for George who intervened with his ideals.

"Lucifer was the fool here, he willingly sealed away his creator… leaving them vulnerable to my grasp. With George's evolved soul, there will be nothing he can do to stop me."

Belial left the conference room, making his way to the top of the castle, where Lucifer's chambers were.

("An evolved soul. They're souls so powerful that they overtop the Data Core, existing beyond its confines. Evolved souls are invulnerable, operating on levels of Jung's Archetypes, being completely transcendent of reality as a whole.")

George made his way towards the door which was guarded by two demonic brutes.

("With an evolved soul existing on the plane of Jungian concepts it would naturally supersede the collective unconscious, persona, and one's shadow. Me and the other Great Kings have these powerful souls, but I learned something incredible!")

"Gaaaah!!"

"Gruaaaah!"

The two demon brutes were burnt to ash, falling on their faces, dead. George opened the door, walking into Lucifer's chambers, eerily smiling.

"I learned that we evolved souls can control our Game Avatars even if we were departed from them, by simply manipulating their Data Core! Do you hear me George Caspian? I will set you free!!"

A large magical crystal was floating in the middle of the room, slowly spinning around, and emanating a violent aura.

"Once an evolved soul understands the nature of their Game Avatar, they can change whatever they want by manipulating their Data Core. I will teach you how to free yourself, and take Lucifer back, so you can have your revenge on Angelica! That foolish creation of yours fell by her hands, but you should be different! You should be willing to fight back!"

George walked towards the Magical Crystal, placing his hand on its exterior.

"Do you hear me, George Caspian? You will kill Angelica, and finally have your revenge!"

First, there was the body which was created from Data Particles, then there was the soul, and beyond the soul was the Data Core.

The Data Core is the concept of one's existence, it holds all life, memories, and the story of the person. When touching a Data Core, you're touching the very thing that makes them what they are.

But Evolved souls are different.

They aren't restricted by the Data Core, they transcend it.

Evolved souls are able to change the Data Cores' memories, life, and entire story as they please.

The ability to control someone's narrative is in their hands.

"Be free from your prison!"

A large shadow hovered over the magical crystal, it was the Ban Hammer.

A hammer that could ban all things in the game, from spirits, players, bosses, and even more.

Everything that exists in the game can be banned from it.

Belial commanded the Ban Hammer, slamming it down upon the crystal. It shattered into millions of pieces, freeing George's soul from its prison.

George's soul stood there, closing its eyes

"I heard you loud and clear. I watched from my imprisonment; from Lucifer capturing Emerald and Christopher, to him battling Angelica and losing. It all makes me angry… every single piece of it!"

"Then what will you do? Will you seek revenge, and bring Lucifer under your control once more?"

The soul frowned.

"First, I will start by using my other Game Avatar."

"Ohhh?!"

Most players in the game didn't stick to one specific avatar, they had others they could use as well.

It's like creating multiple characters in the game that you would want to use later down the line.

"Unfold." Opening his Personal Hub, George scrolled down to the bottom of the holographic screen, seeing the switch option, "My Game Avatar exists in the country of Eldamar, the land of the Dark Elves. It's in the North Continent, not too far away from Ottenmore Kingdom. Find me there, I'll be waiting for you, Belial. Together we will stop Lucifer in his tracks."

"Very well, I'll see you until then."

[Notice. Switching characters. Transporting soul into Tauriel, Dark Elf, Defender Class player.]

The Voice of the World had spoken once again, transporting George's soul from the South Continent and into the North.

"It's all going according to my plan." Belial grinned, "With Lucifer's guard down, I can plan ahead of him, and take him down once and for all!! He embarrassed me already, so it's my time to get payback." Belial turned around, walking outside the chambers, "All that's left is visiting Lilith and relaying the situation to her. I'm certain she will be pleased with my plan."

"Lady Angelica, is all well?"

Legolas and her faithful servants came running from the castle, making their way through the city.

They were all worried for their leader as most of them hugged her, and others jumped into her arms.

"Lady Angelica!! I was so worried for you, are you okay?! Is all well!?"

Most of her servants appeared to be dwarves and elves, with a handful of them being demons. There was a mix of races, it would be hard to believe that they could be unified together.

The Humanoid Race and the Abnormal Race.

They were known to hate each other and usually start wars, and yet… here they were, together.

"Lady Angelica!" Some small dwarf hugged her leg.

"Hello there, Oin." Angelica smiled, greeting everyone, and patting their heads, "I'm doing fine, have you been taking care of Legolas and showing him around when I was gone?"

"Yes, as you commanded my lady! But Legolas is slow sometimes, so we had to explain things to him multiple times." Said Oin, the dwarf.

"S-Slow?! Well… I was amazed by everything, so I couldn't exactly focus. This Kingdom is bigger than I imagined, and it's filled with peace and unity." Legolas rubbed the back of his head, snickering, "I see why everyone wants to come here."

"Yep, you can count on Lady Angelica to make a place as wonderful as this!" Oin placed her hands against her hips, puffing out her chest, "Most of its architecture is created by me! The Minister of Infrastructure! I'm responsible for the construction works and urban planning for Arcadia!"

"Arcadia?" Asked Legolas.

"Were you not listening to me this whole time? Arcadia is the name of Lady Angelica's kingdom!" Shouted Oin.

"O-Oh… right." Legolas crossed his arms, "It's not like me to forget things, I'm usually witty and up to date about a lot of situations, but this kingdom is overwhelming. It's like heaven. There's no war, conflicts, or any of the sorts."

"Well… about that." Angelica glanced to the side, nervously giggling.

"Huh? What did I miss?" Asked Legolas.

"It's overpopulation." Said Oin.

"Overpopulation?" Legolas lifted his brow, a bit shocked.

"Yes, this continent is known for its amazing foods and great tourism, especially the unification of other races, that's why it's starting to get overpopulated. We aren't allowing anyone else to enter the West Continent, but they're finding ways to breach our border and it's making things harder than usual." Oin looked down in worry.

"That's a bit troublesome, I'm sorry to hear." Responded Legolas.

"Hey, over there! Look, it's the Demon King!"

One of the elves pointed behind them, startling everyone.

"It's Lucifer!!"

"Uhh… hey." Said the demon king.

"He's trying to kill us run!!"

"Everyone, calm down! Oh dear…" Angelica tried calming everyone down but they all fled away like flees.
