Chapter 23: A friend from the past

"Son, look at that? Do you have new powers now? What's going on? your clothes are getting dry itself"

Before Alarick could finish this statement, all Luningning clothes were dry and the rain had already stopped outside. The driver walked into their house and asked them to let go.

He was somehow surprised to see Luningning looking so dry up but the driver did not say anything other than to be looking at Luningning's body and he didn't make it obvious.

The three of them stepped out of the house, it was a big surprise to see Ligaya and Joseph standing in front of their house. Both of them were frowning waiting for Luningning and his father to come out.

Ligaya started punching Luningning on his chest and asking him what type of friendship they are keeping? Because he's leaving with his father and she did not know about it!

"Stop it Ligaya! just stop! at first, who told you we're packing from here?" Luningning holds Ligaya with two hands.
