Special Transfer Part 1

The sergeant who stands in front of the cargo area puts his right hand on the hand holder as he also shouted to the recruits in front of him and the veteran soldier who joined and wanting to rest back at the base as he looks over them.

"All right, from this onward on you, all have become part of the drop assault unit. I understand most of you don't want to return home in a body bag so I hope you guys always stay on your toes and stay alert on the next battle, because of that now your order is to rest up next and grab something to eat as you guys wait for the next mission" said the sergeant.

Looking at most of the soldier who looked weary because of the battle before he quickly finishes it up then sat down next to the door. The soldier who listened to his word didn't felt their spirit being uplifted but it was enough to reduce the tension on the soldier and even some of them let out their tears as they just lost their best friend on the battlefield before. Aster looked at the sergeant first then look to the floor before lastly return to look at him once more.

"How long will this war end though," said Aster indifferently.

"If we kill the confederation leader, we may win this war much quicker I guess" Answered the sergeant after pondering for a moment "If only that would happen Aster" as he continues.

After learning it Aster slowly leans his back to the chair as he slowly closed his eye before completely closed his eye fully as he goes to sleep.

Two weeks have passed after the battle...

Daytime activities in the army barrack did not get any slightest change even though there are few people were missing inside it but almost the sound still happen inside before suddenly they got an order to gather around on the field near the barracks even so such order did not affect the soldier that much as they rather do their thing before being sent back to the battle as they made an investigation on every soldier in the barracks.

After all the assault squad gathered on the field they were being visited by two pilots that came directly from the Mech division as they pay a visit to the Assault Drop Unit which tasked with a very dangerous mission different than any other unit as they were given the order to fight on the battlefield until they finished the task to the very last man.

The soldier who belonged from the Assault Unit who saw of their arrived where they were accompanied by their Sergeant who later walks to the center of the field which later on shouted the soldier to two-line who later on faced to each other, Aster who previously was relaxing with his book also follows through with his colleague together with the other soldier without showing any expression on his face.

The pilot who was on the front of the door entered the field dressed with twin-tail hair and has a lovely face enough to mesmerize most of the men in the barrack even if so she behaving like a child in front of the many soldiers but with how elegant she walk balanced bad point of her, the outfit was worn by her looks tight enough but it still looks perfectly fitted to her small body addition to the short skirt covering the top of her privates and cloth for her upper outerwear.

Looking at her appearance that looked beautiful and cute as most of the soldiers who belonged to the Assault unit within the second, they looked at her turned into her fan and even some of them even worshipped her like a goddess.

"Ah!!! the goddess... the goddess has come down to use," said soldier A.

"Praise the goddess," said soldier B.

"Hey, who are you to say something like that she's my goddess," said soldier A.

"Your goddess, she's my goddess," said soldier C.

At the girl side there lies a young man who looked much younger than Aster who is standing gallantly as he standing beside the girl with a bit taller height than the girl, his face was better looking than most of the man in the soldier where Aster is with and he also has a black hair in mohawk hairstyle.

With the racket caused by the soldier from the Drop Assault Unit, the Sargeant quickly shouted just to clear the noise and calming the situation.

"Now which one of you saw a soldier who managed to operate a mech directly from the Mech division," said the Sarge.

The surrounding turned silent instantaneously which covered the entire Drop Assault Unit's barrack as no one opened their mouth or make a single sound as the Sargeant continued for the last time.

"Hmmm... no one anything about it?" as the Sarge continues.

Then Sargeant walked right away to the right line as he quickly questioned the soldier in front of him one by one.

"Do you know?" said the Sarge.

"mmm... No sir" answered the questioned soldier.

"What did you say, sir," said the Sarge.

"Sir No Sir" he repeated the answer.

All the soldiers who looked and listened thus started to talk to themselves as it continues and starting to make a commotion as all of them started to ask one another but only Agus who only stand and did not cause any commotion before his friend Chris who whispered to his ear.

"Um hey, Aster why don't you raise your hand now?" whispered Chris.

"ah, no it's going to be troublesome" Aster answered with a tired face.

"Oh... ok then," said Chris as he let it go.

As they talked to each other suddenly the young woman who stands at the sergeant side talked with him which is approved as she slowly walks in front of the soldier, all the soldier who is still talking went silent as they turned their head backs to the front just to pay attention at the person while being in confusion.

"Ehm so as your sergeant previously, mention we came here because of one of our mech who comes in the battlefield were within your AO as one of our pilots come across one of you soldier were capable not only operating but also reconfigure the system made for our latest machine and also could re-calibrate itself..." said the girl with indifferently.

"Huh?!" said every soldier in the Assault company except Aster.

"Like you, all knew the Confederation mech who is he fought suffered significant damage during the battlefield even so the Mech this person used did not suffer any extra damage after the pilot lost conscious from the fight as such we would like that person who came from this unit to be transferred to our unit" as she continued.

The soldier who listened to it caused another commotion once more as they asked one another while at the same time they were fascinated by his hidden expertise.

"What? that's awesome" said soldier A.

"I hardly able to operate it furthermore this guy also managed to remake the software controlling it nevertheless during combat conditions," said soldier B as he paled.

"And that guy came from this company?" said soldier C.

"Is it possible the person is a former pilot?" asked soldier A.

"That's not possible... perhaps?" said soldier B.

Hearing the news, the commotion returns as they couldn't handle themselves but none of them moved from their place.

"So even now we're still unable to locate or knew the man but one thing for sure the pilot before who was knocked unconscious but he managed to see the person is wearing the badge that belonged to this company thus we came here to investigate it and make sure the person himself truly came from this place" as she continues once more.

The soldier who listened quickly shut their mouth after hearing the news but after a few moments of hearing some of them started to suspect the person beside them that they are that pilot that was mentioned, Chris who heard the news didn't say anything else because he knew the mentioned pilot was Aster and he followed want he wanted as Aster yawned like it's was something unrelated to himself.

"Okay, I'll repeat myself so if anyone of you has a hint that is related to him please come and tell us in the Mech division so please assist us if you can," said the girl.

"All right, as you guys had heard it you can continue your activity and consider yourself dismiss," said the sarge.

Listening to the order by the sergeant the soldier who was gathered in line quickly return to each their activity where their sergeant accompanies the two pilot who is still discussing, the girl who glanced time to times at her surroundings noticed Agus who is talking to Chris as the both of them started to leave the place and the girl leave the discussion leaving the two people behind her a bit confused.

"Hey, Aster let's go grab for a bite, shall we?" said Chris.

"Hm... Okay, but what should we eat" said Aster while wondering.

"Not sure... Seafood probably" said Chris

Aster who is still conversing noticed the girl who is at his side currently staring at his face to face, Chris who looked at her was about to open his mouth to talk but he was cut off by the girl who was staring at Aster

"Big brother Aster, right?" said the girl.

"Huh?!" said Aster in confusion.

"Huh?!" said Chris in follow up.

"You know her Aster?" as he continues.

"Not sure, I think I don't know her?" said Aster while reminiscing.

"Sir it seems like we can cancel that search, I think we have found the pilot sir," said the girl as she shouted at the sergeant who is far away.

"Eh... Okay, if you say so ma'am."

Aster who looked at her was a surprise at how she could recognize her but he didn't recognize her which made her smile a bit wider as she closed her eyes for a moment, Aster was in a confusion unconsciously smile before the man before who walk together with the woman walk close to the girl.

"Hey, Elia why you are getting close to him he is a nobody," said the young man.

"Eh... who said he is a nobody," said Elia while turning her head to him.

"He is big brother Aster" she added.

"Aster? who is he" said the young man.

"Eh... he is my older cousin," said Elia while pouting at him.

"Aster your cousin? who is he, I don't even know him I would know if he is one part of your family and I knew every inch part of your family" said the young man.

"... if you knew each part of my family then you should know him already if you don't then you haven't read my chronicle of my entire family," said Elia in anger.

Listening to the girl's word made the young man astonished by it for a moment not believing the word that came out from the girl's mouth while he also doubted his every word.

"Elia, we'll continue this talk later we need to go and out of time," said the young man.

"... Okay, Big brother Aster I'm going out first," said Elia as she started to leave.

"Yeah... goodbye," said Aster with a bit wry smile.

"Oh, yeah big brother please come to the special military department office later on," said Elia leaving the area.

Aster who looked at the leaving pilot could only sigh in his breath while shaking his head right and left after listening to Elia's word who just left the barrack the man who was beside her before turned his head to Aster with disgusted looks before following Elia from behind as they left the barracks.

Aster could only look at them silently while sighing in relief because of it but his friend was in cold wet because of the incident before but Aster did not feel any pressure that comes out the two of them before directly.

"Seriously do you know her Aster?" asked Chris in difficulty.

"Ehm... yeah I suppose so, but I was a bit forgetful since I have never seen her for so long so," said Aster indifferently.

"Aster why did you never told me that you have beautiful cousins like him?" said Chris excitedly

"Well, I never interacted with her again because... she always brings problems to me either her noticing which is tiresome," said Aster as he sighs.

At that same moment, Aster quickly walks out the opposite of where Elia comes out from as he was later followed by Chris who walked behind him, the soldier who stayed managed to listen to the talk in astonishment because the person who was being searched before was Aster who is currently is a corporal but much younger than them as most soldiers in the Drop Assault Unit who survived were mostly promoted to a Corporal and less was promoted much higher than that.

A few hours later after Aster ate together with Chris they separated themselves from each other while Aster walked to the special military department since he already no longer in the Mech division he asked a nearby soldier that came from the mech division or related to them in the slightest as they cross path with him when later they told the place has been changed and given the new location of the place after few minutes' walk he arrived at front of the department and was planning to open the door before hearing a noise that came from inside the room is a voice of young woman but a bit older than Elia by the sound of it.

"What? you want the young man that came from the drop assault unit company to be transferred to this department" asked the voice of a young girl.

"Yes, that's right" answered a bit mature woman's voice.

"Ma'am with due respect but how experience he is that he could follow the standard of this department well enough, this department's recruit would always take much time just to make sure the recruit is available and ready for combat and with the war is going we don't have much time to spare just to train the new pilot," said the girl.

"That's... you do not need to think about it I can guarantee the ability of that man if I remember correctly" answered the woman

"That man not only has the same standard of our unit but also surpassing it so there's no need to worry about it" answered the woman.

"Aster comes in I knew you're in there right now, your hobby never changes listening to other people's conversation," said the young woman with a bit annoyed tone.

Knowing Aster was called on he turned the doorknob and turned it as the door opened revealing the condition of the office like any normal military office where he found the people inside it where there lies a young woman with silver hair wearing the soldier uniform in a long-sleeve connected to the jacked in a medium-sized skirt with a zipper on the side when during an emergency for an easier movement or combat. where the young girl who is in front of him with a mix of reddish and brown long hair wearing almost the same cloth but with a shorter sleeve but used pants instead of a skirt.

The woman was sitting down on her chair as she was reading the document before closing it then put it down on the table while positioning herself courteously while facing Aster who just opened and entered the room.

"How it's been Aster everything fine?" asked the woman with a smile.

"Good I guess," said Aster indifferently.

"So where have you been this past three years?" said the woman as she looks at Aster.

"..." by Aster in silence.

"Oh, yeah just now before you arrived, I have just been contacted by Elia that you should arrive... that kid knew how to find an extra pilot for the next operation in the nick of time really," said the woman in an unbelievable look on her eye and with a tired look.

(Elia already told her but haven't approved just yet... I guess I can quickly refuse it)

"Aster from today onward you are transferred to the Mech division," said the woman.

"What?" said Aster in surprise.

"What?!" said the girl as her eyes opened eyes.
