A painful choice and the results

Eric's POV

Jun and I found the others.They were ok.That's a relief.Miyabi also gave a photo to Jun.It was the photo of Jun's parents and her sister.Then we understanded everything.

"I will take care of this guys.You make sure you get out."

She sounded serious.She continued moving on.

"Tomoe,Miyabi take the others back.I will catch up with Jun."

They agreed.

Miyabi's POV

Benihime,Tomoe,Kaito and I went back to our dimension.We found the refuge where we agreed to meet the others.Oh I saw mum and dad working together while they were fighting two random guys.

They weren't that strong.Both mum and dad knocked them out ealiy.Dad used rakurai (thunderbolt) and mum used karui koe (light voice).I am glad they were ok.When mum saw me she hugged me...

Oh man.I felt shy because Benihime,Kaito and Tomoe were there too.Benihime thought it was cute until she collapsed.My dad said that he will examine her.

He was going to do the same for Kaito too.Mum on the other hand would heal Tomoe's and my injuries.

Eric's POV

I had to catch up with Jun.Unlucky me I was trapped into a magic circle.I was struck by it's magic.After that I closed my eyes.

Jun's POV

I finally caught up with the master mind.It was my sister,Akane.

"Akane...why do you do this?"

"It's simple.I just want power.But the enemy must be eliminated."

"Sister...please..."

"Sister?Why do you call me like that?I don't have a sister."

"Akane your are my twin sister.Both of us belong to the Ingray family.Dad wanted me to become the head of a mage clan.That's why he left me at the orphanage."

"That's none sense!You don't know anything."

"That is the truth."

"Wait...that explains why you look like mum...You want to know the truth?I killed father."

"What!?You did that for...power?"

"Yes.I became a mage assassin."

"Why you kidnapped them?

"They were threats.Even if the Flanelia doesn't have mages it still is a threat."

Eric was trapped into a barrier.So we started our battle.

Miyabi's POV

"How is Benihime dad?"

"She is ok.She needs to rest."

"It was Akane,Jun's twin sister did it.She accidently dropped her family photo."

"People who desire power will do anything to achieve their goal."

"Were the Ingrays always like that?"

"There is something which both Benihime and Kaito need to know.Because of the Ingray family they lost their parents."

"That's right.At past I helped a journalist to recover.He told me the truth about them.But it wasn't Jun's father who did this.It was his twin brother,Zepes Ingray.

Asahi Ingray was the son of Soryu Ingray and Kotori Aihara.Kaede Shinomiya was the daughter of Yuta Shinomiya and Itsuki Maruyama.Zepes wanted power."

"Please dad...continue."

"He assassinated Ryuken Tachibana and Yoshino Nakano.They were Kaito's parents.He did the same thing to Kirei Flanelia and Yukiko Takamiya."

"Benihime and Kariya's parents."

"But he made it to look like a murder.On the other hand the death of Ryuken and Yoshino looked like a suicide but they were murdered.Akane Ingray chose the same path like her unlce."

"So..."

"There is not any choice left.Jun must kill her."

Jun's POV

None of us was holding back.Akane used cuisle pleascach (explosive pulse).I deflected it back with Hoseki no yajirushi (jewel arrow).Akane then started shooting at me with a gun.

I dodged most of the bullets.But I was hit by one of them.

Akane told me that the bullet had poison.I was going to die soon.I used Fezasurasshu (feather slash). Akane dodged it.She used bain olc (wicked smash).

I used Vague de contrecoup (Backlash Wave). That caused her some damage.Then Akane used glaoch kelpie (call of kelpie).I tired to delftec it.But I failed.

I thought that maybe my sister remembered me and she still loved me.I am considered as a threat to her now.So I gathered all the strength I had.Akane used glaoch kelpie (call of kelpie).

I didn't answer back.She was ready to kill me.So I made my final move,I used Nejireta noroi (twisted curse).She didn't deflect it.She was hit.I killed my sister.I didn't have any other choice.

I collapsed to the floor.At least Eric was finally free from the barrier.I don't know what happened.I closed my eyes.Looks like the poison started affecting me.

Eric's POV

I opened my eyes.I was free.I saw Jun lying on the floor.I carried her.With the special cube I went back to my dimension.I saw mr Yuzuru.

"Mr Yuzuru,Jun isn't ok.Please,you have to help her."

"Come with me."

He examined her.She was poisoned.Mrs Karin is an herbalist.So she would need some time to make the antidote.Mr Yuzuru gave a sedative injection to Jun.I went to sy my dad.

"Eric welcome back."

"Dad!Your arm..."

"Oh that's nothing."

"Don't worry I will tell mr Yuzuru to help you."

"I don't want to restore my arm."

"But...dad.Are you sure?"

"Yes,I am.Eric...After your mother died I never fell in love again."

"If she loves you back then I am happy about you dad.Do we know her?"

"Yes.Come closer."

He whispered at me who she was.I was happy that my dad found someone.He was going to confess her.

Jun's POV

I dreamed that I was in a beautiful place full of flowers.Then I saw her.My mum!

"Mum!"

"Jun,my dear."

I hugged her.

"I miss you so much mum."

"I know honey."

"Mum I am sorry...I had to kill Akane.If I didn't she would continue hurting and killing the innocent people just for power."

"You did what you thought it was the best.You can't save everyone.Your father killed your uncle because he murdered innocent people just for power."

"That's why you never talked about him."

Suddenly we saw someone.It was my dad.

"Jun...Is that you?"

"Father...Apologizing won't make anything different.Akane murdered people.She was hungry for power.I had no choice."

"That's the same feeling I felt when I killed your unlce.I wanted to apologize to you Jun.I am sorry for not being a good father.But whoever took care of you I know they love you.

I am sorry for not showing my love to you."

"Dad..."

"You need to go."

"Your father is right.You will die if you stay here for a long time."

"Right..."

I started crying.

"Goodbye,father...mother.."

I opened my eyes.I was back in the refuge.Uncle Shiki hugged me.

"Are Benihime and Kaito ok?"

"Yes don't worry.Now you should rest."

"Unlce Shiki...who brought me here?"

"Eric saved you."

A week has passed since the events.Uncle Shiki and Nanao told me that they were dating.I felt happy for them.I had to say everyone the truth.We met with the others at my place.

"Kaito,Benihime...There is something you should know.One day a maid we had at my parents mansion came here.She told me the truth.Your parents were killed by my unlce Zepes.

He was hungry for power just like Akane.But he was killed by my father.I killed Akane."

I thought Kaito and Benihime would hate me.Instead they hugged me.I am glad both of them are ok.Eric suggested to go to the movies.So...we agreed.
