"I guess I'll see you tomorrow, then."

You went home after that.

Freshened up and got to bed.

You went to school the next day to see Taehyung standing at the entrance of the school waiting for you.

It was a good thing you two went to school about thirty minutes before classes start.

You went to Taehyung and he smiled at you.

"Y/n can we talk now?" He asked like a little kid.

"Okay." You replied seeing he was eager to talk to you.

The two of you sat on a bench inside the campus for a while when Taehyung started speaking.

"U-uh y/n?"

You turn you head to face him.

"hmm?"

"Listen to me, okay?" he pleaded

"Okay" you nod

"First of all I wanna say I'm very sorry for not talking and spending time with you. I was busy-"

You cut him off

"B-busy?!"

He was silent

"Weren't you hanging out with that girl?!"

"Why can't I?" He replied. You can't help but let out a chuckle.

"So it's like that, huh?" You said lowering your head.

"What do you mean it's like that?"

"After we've been great friends? Your probably tired of me that you left me, huh?"

"What do you mean, y/n? Am I not your friend? Since when did I leave you?"

"You left me, Tae. You're probably doing stuff with that girl your always with, hmm? Are you really that tired of me?"

"Doing stuff with who? I haven't been doing anything wrong! Who said I was tired of you!"

"Then why haven't you talked to me for a month?!" You said as you slightly raise you voice.

"Why do sound so mad?" He calmly asked.

"It's because I like you okay?! But you probably just see me as a toy!"

You were so mad you blurted out the things you've kept deep in your heart, and you suddenly put your hand over your mouth as you realized what you just said.

Taehyung's eyes widened as he was processing what came out of your mouth. He was wondering if he had actually misheard you or not.

"Y-you w-what?" he asked you with curiousness all over his face.

"Did you say you l-like me?" He asked again while stuttering.

He heard you and it was obviously no use lying to him because he would know anyways. And now he was asking if he heard you right.

There is totally no f*ucking way out of this. Which means you had to tell the truth.You gave him a slight nod while burying your face in your hands because of shyness.

"And no y/n, I don't just see you as a toy." He reassured you.

You were about to look up when you felt a pair of arms around you. Taehyung was hugging you. He then whispered something to your ear.

"The girl I was always with was my cousin. She came here to study and I had to help her since this school is quite big and she was afraid of getting lost"

He pulled away from the hug and stared at you.

"Are you somehow, jealous?" He said wiggling his eyebrows like an old pervert.

Your eyes widen and you felt your cheeks burning up.

"No I'm not! N-nobody is jealous!" You replied quickly as you bury your face in your hands once again.

"U-uh about earlier..." He said scratching the back of his head

You were wishing he wasn't going to mention what you blurted out a while ago. But no. That was exactly what he was talking about.

"Y-you said you liked me, right?" He made sure only the two of you could hear.

"Yes" you answered him.

"Well guess what?"

"What?" you repeated

"I like you too." He whispered

Your eyes widen and you look at him in the eyes.

"But when that girl asked you to go with her, why did you go?"

"She called you a b*tch and I couldn't accept that. I thought that if I followed her I would bring her away from you incase you two might start a fight and get wounded. I just wanted to protect you."

You were internally crying because of Taehyung's words. You never knew he cared for you this much.

"I'm sorry, y/n." cupping your cheek with his right hand.

"No. I'm the one who who should apologize. I'm sorry for misunderstanding. But why did it take so long for you to make sure she wouldn't get lost?"

"She didn't know anyone here except for me, so she wanted me to stay with her for awhile until she could find some friends. I'm really sorry."

"It's okay."

Taehyung gave you a bright smile

"We should head to class now."

You nod and walked with him to your classroom.

In the afternoon, when classes were finally finished, Taehyung was walking towards you with that girl he was always with.

"Y/n, meet my cousin."

"Hello. It's nice to meet you!" You said to her.

"It's nice to meet you too. I hope we'll be good friends." She said as she takes a hand out for you to shake.

"Me too." You replied shaking her hand.

The three of you went home after that short introduction.

You sat on your bed when you heard your phone ring. You went to see who sent you a message, and it was Taehyung.





You were questioning yourself, did your mom know that you and Tae are okay now? If she did, how?

You really wanted to know but it was getting late and you were tired so you decided to shrug it of

You were excited for the next day since your mom and dad would be coming home, plus Tae will also be there to have lunch with you.

You felt like you were introducing Taehyung to you parents because you were getting married.

Then you slap yourself for even imagining such weird things.

You had dinner, took a shower, and finally you went to bed. Not dating to think about what will happen on the next day.
