Episode 2

That morning, sunlight began to illuminate Diana's room, jolting her out of her slumber.

"It appears to be morning." Diana let out a short yawn. "Mum, it's been two days since you left me. In any case, I must continue to live and fulfil your wishes. Dian, don't give up. " Diana stated once more.

She jumped out of bed and made the bed as usual. Diana then began preparing for her class, which began at 11:00 a.m.

She went downstairs into the kitchen. Diana opened the fridge and poured herself some soy milk for breakfast. Diana then proceeded to the front door of the house and locked it as usual.

She still wears the sneakers her late mother gave her. She then proceeded to walk towards the car she referred to as Orro. She drove out of the house and went to Fairy Cafe to get her favourite drink, a vanilla latte. It is not possible to light up a day if she does not consume a vanilla latte. It is prone to losing focus.

At Fairy Cafe

"Assalamualaikum (Peace Be Upon You), Sis Mina. As usual, sister. " Diana said towards the cafe owner, Sis Mina, who was at the counter at that time.

"Waalaikumussalam (May Peace Be Upon You).

Dian, you are so early today. " Kak Mina said, while her hands were busy, she made the drink ordered by Diana earlier.

"I didn't have class this morning, so I came here early."

Is Dian all right? For the past two or three days, I've been concerned about you. "

"Dian is fine, sis. There's no need to be concerned. Dian is a force to be reckoned with.

"Well, you're okay right now. That made me feel better. "

"All right, here's your vanilla latte. "

"Thank you very much, sis. I adore you.

"This is your payment." Diana gave the cash to Sis Mina.

"It's okay; today, I'll give you a free drink." As a token of affection for you. "

"Is that correct, sister? " Sis Mina gave a slow nod.

"Thank you, sis. Dian will go first. Assalamualaikum. "

"Waalaikumussalam."

Diana's phone rang as she walked towards the cave entrance, signalling an incoming call. Diana kept walking while rummaging through her duffel bag for the phone. The vanilla latte spilt on the man's shirt in front of her when Diana's body crashed into a solid figure.

"Sir, please accept my apologies." Diana was taken aback and proceeded to apologize while wiping the liquid residue from the man's shirt with a clean cloth from a nearby table.

"Are you blind? ... " Adrian came to a halt in his speech as he saw the woman's face as she dropped the drink on his shirt.

Why was Adrian so taken aback when he saw Diana's face?
