Glowing// Chapter Two

When Alice woke up from the nightmare it was still dark out, and after she woke up she didn't want go back to sleep so she got up, and checked on if her sister was awake... again. "Um... Sophia?" Alice said, when Alice opened the door she saw her sister on her computer, Sophia looked at her, and asked "Alice? What are you doing up?" Alice stayed silent for awhile, and finally said, "I just couldn't go back to sleep" As she looked down at the floor, Sophia notice and said, "why? Is there something wrong?" Alice looked up at her "oh, no no no!" Alice said, it was silent until Alice says "I'm just not that tired" Sophia looks at her and says back "okay... but you look sad like the way you looked down at the floor and stuff" Alice the said back annoyed " I just looked down at the floor because I was tired!" Sophia then looked back at her for a few seconds " but you just said you weren't that tired" Sophia said while chuckling . "Uhh" Alice said annoyed, "okay okay just know if there is something actually wrong you can tell me," says Sophia's as she she turned back to her computer.

"Yeah okay," Alice said as she walked to Sophia's bed and sat down. "Oh! Alice! Um so Taylor is coming today, so make sure everything is nice in the house," says Sophia. Oh gosh I hate Taylor Alice thought to herself, "why is she coming over?" Alice asked, "just for a visit," Sophia said back. Alice looked away and said "okay fine..." and then Alice decided to go back to her room, and fell asleep.

Alice woke up to birds chirping, That made Alice in a good mood, before she remembered that Taylor is coming over. Alice finally got up, but before she could open the door, Sophia slammed it open. "Alice! What are you doing?! she could be here any second!" Sophia said in a worried tone. "Guess I slept late..." Alice said back, "whatever, just come help me!" Sophia said while running out the room. "Uhhhhhhh gosh..." Alice said in a annoyed tone, "this visit is gonna be the death of me," says Alice while walking slowly out the room, "hurry up!" Sophia said down stairs.

Not long after Taylor finally arrived. "Hey Taylor!" Sophia said excitedly, "hey Sophia! Hi Alice!" Says Taylor, Alice didn't say anything back, and look away. "Alice! Don't be rude!" Sophia says with a unsatisfying look. *sigh* "hi Taylor..." Alice says still looking away. "Sorry about that" Sophia said to Taylor, "no worries!" Taylor says still happy, gosh she's already getting on my nerves, Alice thought to herself, "well anyways, come on Alice! Let's make us a meal!" Sophia said excitedly, *sigh* "okay Sophia..." Alice said tiredly. "What do wanna cook?" Said Sophia looking at Alice, "I don't care," says Alice, "let's cook spaghetti!" Sophia says excitedly. "Spaghetti? Isn't that like a lunch or supper food?" Alice asked, "well if you haven't noticed you slept all day long" Sophia says smiling, "oh.." Alice said looking away.

Finally the spaghetti was done, and they were all sitting at the table. Gosh Taylor is just ruining my day! She always looks suspicious, her behavior isn't normal! I don't know if I can trust her... Alice thought to herself. Alice stayed silent the whole entire time, and sometimes she would catch Taylor looking at her in a weird way, Alice got uncomfortable, so she decided to speak up. "Is there something you wanna tell me? You keep looking at me," Alice said in a slight annoyed tone. It was silent for a few seconds until Taylor speaks up, "actually, yes, I wanna show you something". "What is it?..." Alice said annoyed, "come here, and Sophia Stay please," Taylor says, Alice hesitated, but followed.

Taylor led me somewhere I never seen before... "Right here!" Taylor says, Alice got to her side to see a glowing purple circle inside in a jar. "What is that?" Alice asked, "I don't know, I found it in the woods," Taylor says back, "um... okay is that it?" Alice asked. "Nope! It does something amazing if you let it out!" Taylor said excitedly. "I don't know... " Alice said in a suspicious tone, "come on please!" Taylor said begging, " fine..." Alice says, she took the lid off, and at soon as the glowing circle got out of the jar, Alice caught it. The the circle became bigger, every second pulling her in, "Taylor! I'm scared! I'm trying to let go but I can't!" Alice said worriedly, Taylor didn't say anything and walking out, but before she looked the other way.... she saw that Taylor looked like the black figure from her nightmare, and then her body was all the way in the circle.
