CHAPTER 5

November 2,2019Dear diary, So ito na nga nagulat kami ni mama kasi yung police na humabol sa amin kanina ay yun din ang nagbabantay sa check point.

"I'm pretty sure that they will go here. I saw the address on the purse they threw at me.", the policeman said to the other cops on the checkpoint.

Both of us were so scared and do not know what to do.

"Ma paano na tayo makakuwi?", I said worriedly to my mother.

"Oh! See that truck over there let's go inside the truck and find a disguise dear!", she smiled and pointed a brown farmer truck just across the street.

We tried to cross the road and hid behind the cars that were passing through, Luckily the cops did not see us despite of my attractive and big body.

"Finally! Go on honey try to find a hay or something to cover us in there", she was talking to fast and I did not know what she was telling me.As I put my hands inside the trunk my eyes widened and I almost screamed.

"Ma this is not a farmers truck this is a hunter's truck!", I said to her with a gasping voice.

"What let me see that!", she shoved her hands inside the truck as I stared at the menace she pulled out of the truck.

"Oh my God! AHHHHHHH!", both of us screamed as she hoisted a deer's skin and head out of the truck.Because of our high pitch screams we alerted the cops and they ran towards the truck we are at."Over there!", the cops shouted.

"Sir I heard a girl screaming in here and I'm pretty sure it was the same scream of the two women we are finding.", the policeman said to his chief.

"OMG Ma! What are we going to do?", I started panicking and suddenly..."Here..wear this... Wag kana mag inarte!", My mother covered me with the deer's skin and she immediately wore the deer's head over her white and smooth skinned face with no hesitations.

"I am not going back to jail now go to the bush over there", she said with an eager voice.

"Oh, me too!", I replied back to her.

"What!?", My mother screamed at me with confusion.And because of that the cops looked at the tall grass and pointed their guns and lights towards it.

"Nothing Ma! I just said that I will go the jai...the bush.... Oh, by the way nice job you just alerted the cops.", I was so scared that she will kill me if she knew that I went to prison.

"Keep walking Molly!", Linda (my mother) said with a loud whispering voice.

"Over there", the cop pointed his flashlight towards us."Oh no! make a moose sound!", Linda ordered me while panicking.

"Ma! Deer ito not a moose", I was so scared because if I did not make any sound, we'll be dead.

"Meeeh....woooof..clop..clop..meeeh ", Mother suddenly created this strange sound while the deer's head kept on shaking na para bang may epilepsy ito and I just slapped my face because of the embarrassment I am feeling at this moment.

"Nice dear noise Ma...", I said sarcastically.

"Oh never mind Sir it's just a very crazy deer.", The cop's attention faded and went back to their stations."Phewww", I sighed with relief.

"Ok Molly let's go na", we walked for another 30 minutes and finally we are home at last!Napatigil ako hindi lang dahil sa sobrang pagod kundi dahil sa sobrang laki pala ng bahay ni Mama.Bago ka pa makapasok may malalaking puno ka muna na dadaanan, ang laki ng front gate pati na rin ang garden na may pool at hut.

Bawat kwarto halos ay mayroong malalaking bintana at napaka modern ng itsura.

"Wow... Ma hindi mo sinabi Milyonaryo pala kayo!", manghang-mangha kong sinigaw.

"Tanga ka talaga!", agad sinigaw sa akin ni Linda na halos umusok na sa sobrang galit.

"Huh? Ma wala naman ako ginagawa ah!", gulat kong isinumbat sa aking Ina.

"Hindi atin iyang bahay na iyan! Mali tayo ng nadaanan!", galit na sinigaw ni Mama.

"Ano!!! Paano na tayo niyan!?". Hindi ko na alam kung ano pa ang gagawin namin.

Pagod na kami at wala pang nakakain o naiinom.

"Ma...Upo ka muna...pagod ka na ata.",nagaalalang pagsabi ko sa aking Mama Linda.

Halos kalahating oras kami nakaupo sa kalsada at sa sobrang tahimik ang tanging naririnig lang naming ay ang huni ng mga ibon sa aming mga paligid.Ngunit agad naputol ang katahimikan noong narinig naming bumukas ang gate ng bahay at agad nagsitahulan ang dalawang malalaking aso.

"Uh...Ma takbo!", pasigaw kong sinabi sa aking ina at agad naman lumaki ang kaniyang mga mata nang makita niya ang dalawang K-9 na tumatakbo at tumatahol papunta sa aming direksyon.

"AHHHHHHH", sigaw naming dalawa habang tumatakbo palayo sa napakaeleganteng bahay.Hindi katagalan ay agad nag sisigaw sa saya ang aking Mama Linda.

"Anak ayun na ang bahay natin!!!", tuwang-tuwang sinabi ni Mama.

Ngunit naputol ang saglit na ligaya ng makita naming ang mga pulis na nagiikot at nagtatanong sa mga bahay-bahay.

"Ma need na nating pumasok sa bahay!",dali-dali kong sinabi sa aking Ina.Hays well diary sorry kung nabitin kita nangangalay na kamay ko ih. I will talk to you again pag nakapagpahinga na ako.
