What da fuck.
I have sat on the events of what happened a week ago.
All my friends are shellshook from the stalkers visit.
We contacted for more reinforcements but earths HQ is in flames and if we were to call high command or the council they would laugh and tell us too off ourselves.
In essence we've been abandoned but leaving spells certain death, if the grustrag 3 hunt us for desertion there's no winning that battle.
And all thats left is to train and hope whatever enemies confront us next wont be as powerful or numbered as the previously encountered foes.

I have been practicing with that bow a shit ton, I can't exactly hit a bullseye at 50 yards but 10-35 im confident.
The infinite arrows are nice aswell, the arrows consist of an ethereal blue energy like shaft and some whispy ghost fletchings. The tip is a dark red broadhead that oozes a dark aura.
Since we dont have real targets I have simply shot at some corpus helmets set up on pikes.
As for the others, training wise they just do body conditioning like most grineer.
I havent had the stomach to try any new dungeons either after the bone monster and plus the title is foreboding.

What does warrior mean? Like a famous figure or just some superhuman athlete with a big ass sword?
All I know is that training is my ultimate goal, I want to get my archery to level 6, then I can hopefully shoot some more inhuman distances like 80 or 100 yards.
One might ask whats the advantage of using a bow over a gun?
Eh.
1. Bow looks cooler.
2. Bows in warframe are fucking crazy with mods like some guy made a daikyu¹ into a viral nuke explosive chain weapon
3. Infinite ammo
4. Quiet-ish
5. Can be used as a bat.
Yeah thats pretty much it. If I can get that one mod that makes my bow silent or explosive tip then I could really make someone rue the day they met me.
Besides all of that my thoughts have connected the dots on what the stalker said. Im pretty sure he wants me to either become an acolyte or kuva lich, which Id rather not be either. Kuva liches get disfigured when undergoing enhancement and acolytes get brainwashed.
I need to get stronger so I can slap him around like the tenno do.
To be honest its ironic that he is the tenno hunter but most endgame weapons just one shot him or some people would just embarrass him with meme spin builds on greatswords.
Now this guy I clowned on is probably gonna kill me.

The best way to combat most of the threats right now is just to get a warframe. Which would be easy but there has never been a grineer recorded to have a warframe accept them as a master, im sure some dipshits like Vor tried to enter a warframe but they probably got their insides fried.
Hell even Excalibur Umbra² was picky with what tenno could control him. Most warframes arent sentient though, but they can still decipher if their true master is controlling them.
Im just getting shat on in this world.
Im guessing the corpus or some other faction will try to takeover earth while captain Vor runs like a pussy.
Eventually when he gets to mercury he'll just get murdered by a tenno.
So I need to get sometype of ship to escape this planet or be strong enough to face any invaders, the former would be better.
But the only ship depot is in old russia a couple 100 miles away. The journey would be tough but im thinking this is my only choice.
Keh.
I should tell the others my plan later and see if they have any other ideas.
Even a small crewship would work, plus alot have shields installed only a railjacks³ artillery could shatter consistently.
If I was strong enough to kill bounty hunters I would just abandon my station, which is what I really want.
I should just keep practicing and stop worrying

Breath escapes my mouth as I place the bow down onto a pallet.
[Basic Archery LVL 3 --> 7]
Pretty good if I say so myself.
I can hit a target at 80 yards pretty easily and a fast moving target at 40 yards dead on and plus when I pull the string on my bow back it takes significantly less strength, during this time I've been searching for crashed ships of abandoned depots, I have found a few about 90 miles away so the journey would be awhile but would be faster than waiting for high command to do something.
Holding the button down on my radio I call everyone to the chow hall.

"Heres my plan."
I display a map on the holo projector.
"We take the south road and get past this new corpus blockade by sneaking through the woods, there is a dingy that the corpus captured in dock 193, if we can get to it then we can launch off and regroup with a primary grineer force."
As I speak I trace my finger along the intended route.
Gome is the first to speak, he firstly takes his cigarette from his lips before speaking.
"It's a good plan but we dont know what the corpus have chopped off that ship, hell maybe even scrapped it for parts already."
I tap my fingers while I think about what he said.
"Thats possible but that patrol force will eventually find our base, and with no more supply drops we are sitting ducks. If its not there we die but if we dont go we die."
Gome leans back in his chair and takes a long drag, puffing smoke out of his nose.
"Fuck it, lets do it!"
Wasp says, slamming her fist down onto the table fervently.
Drum nods his head in agreement.
"Well then, we set out to tommorow, I anticipate a day of walking and then we slink to the ship that morning when the sun is barely up."
The night goes on with some more small talk, we play a few games of cards but after that we prepare supplies for the morning and go to bed knowing what is to come.

"RETREAT YOU IMBECILES!"
Back again with captain Vor.
He aims his pistol at a warframe, Volt⁴ to be precise. Volt has 2 small daggers wich despite their appearance are very dangerous, them being fang prime.
20 grineer are killed in an electric blur as the heat of mercury makes their blood boil as it leaves their bodies.
"YOU CANT KILL ME TENNO!"
Vor holds a small tool in his palm, releasing a massive ray of yellow energy that hits the Volt, making him stumble back.
The volt holds up his hand and unleashes a beam of intense blue electrical charge at Vor.
"WHA-"
Before he can scream his head is gone, completely vaporized.
A blue mist comes off of Volt, a young man with cyan hair and many corpus gadets attached to his latex suit and black puffy pants emerges from the warframe, he wipes the sweat off his brow and searches Vors corpse, taking his pistol and laser.
He grabs his audio logs curiously.
The recorded audio from the stalker encounter plays and the boys eyes go wide.
"Shit."
The boy re-enters his warframe and a voice rings out in his head, the voice of a sweet woman.
"Child, that was the stalker. I did not expect you to encounter him so soon. After the death of Vor he will surely be after you, but most curiously I dont recall what grineer the stalker was talking about as he left, be safe child"
The warframe pilots the ship and shoots off into the sky, he reaches to his radio.
"Thanks mother, I'll look out for this grineer and that stalker guy."
With a final remark he shoots of into space, following a corpus distress signal. Something about the 'infested' ?

1.Daikyu: Big ass tenno greatbow, used to kill grineer in the old war with style.
2. Excalibur Umbra: The umbral version of the Excalibur warframe, only sentient warfame to exist that we know of.
3. Railjack: Tenno warships
4. Volt: A starting warframe who's schtick is electrical powers and running fast, though Gauss has him beat in almost every regard making him an outdated warframe.
