60 Chapter 60: I'm Hungry But I Don't Mean To Eat Food.....

Seeing that there was two centimeters from the person below, Lucas reached out his hands and leaned on the back of the chair in time.

It felt weird.

The assistant in the passenger seat of the car glanced back.

In daze, Julia frowned and unconsciously turned around. Her delicate neck was exposed. A strand of her hair was on Lucas' arm.

Julia slowly opened her eyes, still dozing off. She turned her neck and slowly sat up straight.

She looked at the goosebumps on her caramel skin. She was awaken by the cold atmosphere.

Right then, they arrived. She was a bit confused seeing herself alone with the driver. Nonetheless, she thanked the driver and got off the car.

She had no idea how she had arrived at Ford's villa without knowing how Lucas disappeared.

The large villa was silent.

Julia habitually glanced at the servant's room and did not turn on the light.

As long as Ford Ainsworth was not at home, the servants would stay overnight and turn a light on to wait for her to come back and ask her if she wanted anything to eat.

It was already half past ten. Perhaps the servants had fallen asleep.

The man looked at Julia in a strange way. He smiled, "Are you welcoming me?"

Julia's eyes widened. It's impossible!

If I knew you were back, I wouldn't have come out tonight even if I was starving to death!

At this moment, the man was dangerous.

Julia said in a trembling voice, "Don't come over."

She stopped him with one hand and hurriedly grabbed the bathrobe that was not tied tightly with the other. She quickly counted the seconds, it would take quite a minute to run back into the room.

Ford walked towards her without hesitation and kept looking at her.

She was panicking ! He's coming!

She leaned against the wall and moved stiffly towards the room. When she touched the door frame with her hands behind her back, she became excited. She was almost there.

Ford stared at her deeply.

She looked at him and nervously said, "You are not allowed to kiss me."

Ford smiled and patiently coaxed her, "Okay, I won't kiss you."

"I'll do it in another way."

In the next second, he bent down and nibbled her earlobe. He whispered, "Is that okay?"

She swallowed deeply that her whole body went limp. He's gone too far! Why was he so good at flirting?

Julia was embarrassed. Ford continued to stared at her fair face and whispered, "I'm hungry too."

Twenty minutes later.

There was a bowl of tomato and egg noodles on the table. When Ford saw her wearing a long sleeved shirt and a pair of trousers, he suddenly felt a little frustrated.

"Isn't it hot?"

"No." Julia secretly wiped away her sweat and thought she had to take a bath twice tonight.

"Are you free today?" He asked.

"Yes." Julia felt proud that she just solved a case. She looked at the chopsticks and said, "Aren't you hungry?"

Ford laughed and said, "I said I'm hungry, but I don't mean I want to eat food. I mean...."

Julia was already on her guard, but she was still flushed by his words. Why was he able to flirt with her in a serious tone?
