(A/n)- This was requested by . Go check them out! Thanks for reading!

Two kids sat on a log, sharing secrets. The sky turning its beautiful hues of pink, orange and blue. Giggles came from the pair.

"And then Mommy sat on it!" They laughed to the point of falling over. The cracking of the earth beneath them caused panick.

"Sorry, kids. But play time's over."

You woke up early, stretching. It was early. you thought to yourself,

With a smile smeared across your face you texted said boy. Within seconds he responded. Then your phone rang, resulting in a thud on the floor.

"Oww...you could've waited to call, ya know?" Laughter filled the vacant air causing you to blush. Marc's laugh was so cute.

"Sorry. I've been up for hours wondering if you were awake." You rolled your eyes. "Mister Fantasy trying to be Mister Romancy?"

He scoffed. "No, I'm just trying to be myself." "Well you're too cute being yourself...", you mumbled.

"What?"

"What?", you repeated. You gave a nervous laugh and sighed. "Well, I should start getting ready for school. See ya later."

You hung up and slumped against your bed. "I'll never be able to confess to him..." Then your phone buzzed.

"- Marc

Shrugging, you put your phone into your pocket and went to get ready for school. As you walked out the door you saw Marc and waved, signal in him to come over. He was smiling ear to ear and was about to speak when you cut him off.

"What's the surprise?" He rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly. "It wouldn't be a surprise if I told you, now would it?" He had a point.

You grumbled a few words inaudible to him and pouted.

You walked in front of the school, seeing a huge drape over the top. "What were you doing?!", you asked concerned. Marc laughed and brought out a button.

"Watch.", is all he said before pressing the red button, sending the drape to the ground. You saw a board with writing on it. Very...mean words.

You shook and your knees nearly buckled. Tears threatened to spill. "Wh-what are you saying exactly, Marc?!"

He looked panicked as if he hadn't the slightest clue of what was going on. "I-I never wrote that! I would never call you ugly or snobby!" You ran off crying and not turning back.

You hid in the bakery in the hallway. Marinette had given you permission to sulk in her home. She was s great friend and you wanted her comfort.

But it seems the more she spoke the worse you felt. "S-stop...please." Your entire body shivered.

"What could he have possibly said to make you this upset?"

You drew a deep breath of air. "H-he wrote on th-the board...thst I was a filthy, snobby brat who can't control their mouth. And thst he wished he was never friends with me." You cried and hugged your knees.

It was right when Marinette hugged you thst you felt empty. You felt cold and alone. It was dark.

"Friends can be betraying at times. Let's keep their loyalty so that we never get sad again, Madam Loyale."

You gasped and stared into the black abyss. There was nothing you could do. Hawkmoth already had a strong hold over you.

The city was destroyed. You had managed to defeat Ladybug and Cat Noir with ease and delivered theur miraculous to Hawkmoth. He gave you the ability to control yourself and take what you wanted.

"Oh, Marc~ Come out, come out wherever you are."

Kids ran about the streets, not minding you at all. Yoy remembered these kids. They were from all of the books Marc wrote.

Then a detective and a robot came by. Where these people were, Marc was near. You purposely made his stories come to life.

This way you could have an army of his own words fighting against him. You couldn't use the townspeople anyway. They all ran away.

Then you heard familiar laughter. Not just the giggles of random storybook characters. Your ears tingled.

You followed where it was coming from. A river? Why would somebody be there?

Two kids sat on a log, sharing secrets. The sky turning its beautiful hues of pink, orange and blue. Giggles came from the pair.

"And then Mommy sat on it!" The two laughed to the point of falling over. Cracking of the earth beneath it caused panick.

"Sorry, kids. But playtime's over."

Upon closer examination you saw it was you and Marc. Your eyes widened. They stared at you with shocked expressions. You stepped closer to them.

"I have the perfect task for you two." A smirk ppastered on your face, you scooped them up and left. Marc was going to have to give in when he seed this.

You found Marc by the park fountain. He was staring at the water intently. "Found you."

He turned with a scsred look on his face. "(Y-Y/n)!" His eyes were glistening with tears threatening to spill.

He ran over to you and wrspped both arms around your waist. His cries made you stop sll movement. Your heart raced from how close he wad.

"G-get off of me!" His panicked struck eyes met your angered (E/c) ones. You brought the two kidd from behind you, smirking.

"You never wanted to be friends. Why don't we just seperate them?" A part of you hoped you wouldn't want that but the answer never came. His gaze met the floor and in a split second his lips were pressed against yours.

"Do that and you won't hear the end of it.", he seathed by your ear. He sniffed and took looks at the confused children. "I'm putting them back, somehow some way. I won't let you change"

You were weak. You felt pitiful. The one thing you wanted to do was the one thing you couldn't.

"Take it away."

He looked at you puzzled. "What...?" You grabbed a hold of his jacket as you fell to the geound on your knees.

He grabbed you and pulled you closer. The two of you cried. "(Y/n)...I-I never said those things about you."

You looked up to him. "Then...who?" You felt stupid by now.

You wanted this curse gone. Restore Paris back to normal. But you remembered.

Ladybug and Cat Noir were of no service. "M-Marinette." That's when you thought he was lying.

Marinette would never say those things about you. She was too kind. Unless...

"She was blinded by her hatred for Chloe. She told me everything. She-she wanted to humiliate her..." It didn't add up. Even then Marinette wouldn't do that.

"Just-just take these powers away from me!"

Marc pulled you up to youe feet and gave you a small smile. "I will. I promise." He hugged you and y'all stayed like that for who knows how long.

"Marc...?"

He gave a muffled response as his head was buried in your shoulder. You pulled him closer. You wouldn't let anything hurt him, you promised.

You drew a long breath and exhaled, your shaky breath sending chills up your spine. You brought your face closer to his ear.

"I-I think I love you."
