Chapter 8: Time to Raid Hell!
"Preparations Complete." Hiroki who was now fully suited up with Diamond gear, is now building a nether portal down in the basement he made last week.
In Naruto Time, it should only been 1 and a half day since then. Yet Hiroki spent a week inside the Overworld and preparing his trip down below, arming himself to the best tools he would need to venture into the unknown danger for the first time.
While he might overprepared himself when simply heading into the nether, this was actually his first time going there. This time not in creative mode but in survival mode.
Surprisinly, he just found out the main gimmick that he discovered while living in the overworld and discovered it purely by accident.
Well, it turns out that Hiroki can't technically die when he turns into Steve and just respawns back either to an area where he spawn at the beginning or a bed he just slept on like how the gameplay works.
He found this out last time while fighting mobs the night before his first arrival to the Overworld and a creeper he didn't see had snuck past him and exploded with him. Killing him on the spot.
He was truly freaking out since he thought he died(Pain? What's that? Is that something to eat?) yet mysteriously appeared on the bed he placed in his house which confuses him but realizing that he can't technically die as Steve serves as a new opportunity to exploit until he realizes one major flaw.
The EXP disappeared along with the loot he carried earlier.
While it didn't bother others who were willingly happy to have an opportunity to resurrect like in the game, for Hiroki...

-Generating World-
Worldly Lore: Did you know that Hiroki has Yanderes? Especially one that curses him with bad luck? Yeah, turns out that one girl curses him to have bad luck mainly because she got jealous that he's popular with women and uses that bad luck just for women to avoid him. In the end, he only got more popular with women instead which she regretted ever doing since it only shortened his lifespan which ended up killing him from too much bad luck being forced upon him.
Incredibly, it was actually a miracle for him to survive this long since he had carried the entire world's bad luck upon him. Just out of his Plot Armor continuing to protect him for so long.
-Generating Terrain-
A new land was generated in the world of Minecraft.
Unlike the Clear blue skies and open vast lands in the Overworld, the Nether was red, hot and a lot of chaos yet unnaturally ordered for the supposed 'Hell' that was the Nether.
Upon Stepping through the portal, equipped with full diamond gear which was coated with glowing effects radiating upon its plate. The enchantments Hiroki had given the armor wasn't showing its capabilities and only the effect that the armor was enchanted could only be seen visually.
Yet, he wasn't bothered with it and could only look upon with caution, seemingly trying to scout out the area as he prepared himself to face the undiscovered foes that roamed the land and maybe barter with the locals.
Remembering one trick he learned from speedrunners in Minecraft, he quickly replaced his diamond head armor with a golden one, and the tool in his hand was also replaced with a gold bar which he now carries a buttload in his inventory.
Considering his surplus of gold which he had in his hand which he mined along with the other resources he collected during his mining trip, this kept on surprising Hiroki since he usually doesn't have this kind of godly luck.
In fact, the moment he would step into the Overworld, it would already be nighttime and at least 3 creepers had already greeted him with a 'Warm' welcome the moment he arrived.
'Maybe Herobrine might have blessed me with good luck.' Hiroki thanked humbly, not noticing his luck which he didn't have in his past life, suddenly returning to him and even overflowling to a point where miracles can be made just by luck alone.
Hiroki, the 'Supposed' Main Character in his world was supposed to try and save his world from an incoming invasion of Aliens, hellbent on taking over the world in which he would gain powers, find comrades and even a love interest along the way. Unfortunately, He ended up meeting a yandere goddess who cursed him with bad luck and unfortunately died before he could even start his story.
As for his old world? It already collapsed with the missing 'Protagonist' which killed off the planet before Aliens could even take it over. Wars, natural disaster and one crazy scientist created an apocalypse just sprout out like mushrooms, suddenly causing humanity to be completely extinct due to the plotline collapsing and no 'Hero' to defend it.
Yet it didn't affect Hiroki and his family just simply headed to heaven due to his good Karma being passed upon him which granted them a peaceful afterlife. He just walked up to a nearby Piglin who was listlessly minding its own business as Hiroki began bartering with him to get loot.
"Oi! ᓭℸ ̣ ∷ᔑリ⊣ᒷ∷!(Oi! Stranger!)"
'Oh God...It speaks Enchantment Table.' Hiroki cursed. He thought that Piglins would speak like their game counterparts yet in this world, it turns out that intelligent mobs speak Enchantment Table.
Fortunately, there was an Add-on installed which can translate Enchanting Table and even let him speak with the natives in this world.
"ᓵᔑリ I trade ∴╎ℸ ̣ ⍑ ||𝙹⚍?(Can I trade with you?)"
"*Snort* I 𝙹リꖎ|| ᔑᓵᓵᒷ!¡ℸ ̣ ⊣𝙹ꖎ↸ ᔑᓭ ᒷ ̇/ᓵ⍑ᔑリ⊣ᒷ(I only accept gold as exchange.)"
"ᔑꖎ∷╎⊣⍑ℸ ̣ ℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷリ(Alright then...)"
Hiroki began throwing gold on the ground as the Piglin he met pick one from the ground, observing it for sometime before tossing out a random item which was an Enchantment book(Soul Speed 2), Iron Boots(Soul Speed 1), 2 splash potions of Fire Resistance, 4 Potions of Fire Resistance, 4 stacks of Ender Pearls and some miscellaneous items which he randomly collected but couldn't carry. Fortunately, be brought some chest he could store since he knew that he would run out of inventory space with the loot he planned on carrying.
If anyone were to discover Hiroki's luck when getting those items, Minecraft Veterans would be shocked that Hiroki was like cheating when getting those rates.
Especially having 4 stacks of Ender Pearls which only has a 2.18% chance of dropping. Hiroki traded that chance with just half a stack of gold he carried in his inventory since he might need the rest of the gold once he started using more add-ons.
Going back and forth from the Overworld and the Nether after storing the loot he traded with the Piglins, Hiroki felt satisfied with what he got, waved goodbye to the first Intelligent mob he spoke in joy as he went to look for the Nether Fortress to gather more loot he could get in the Nether.

Hiroki sets out once again to explore the Nether and try to find the Nether forest as he walks to the Soul Sand Valley where he mined a lot of Bone Blocks which he planned on expanding his farming area by turning these bones into bonemeal.
Next, he ended up in the Warped forest where Endermen spawned and ignore them since with the collection of Ender Pearls he stored in his base, he doesn't have any plans on killing Endermen for more.
He also walked into the Basalt Deltas where he hunted down Magma slimes for Magma Creams and harvested the Basalt Stones since he just looted Soul Sand, the warped trees he collected earlier from his trip.
He doesn't know if these can be useful or not but he randomly collects everything he can see and deems it important since it might be useful later with add-ons installed.
Finally, he reached the Nether Fortress on the next day as he spotted it next to the Crimson Forest and was planning on collecting more materials like a Loot Goblin who wanted to harvest everything he could see.
'Well, I could look for a Bastion before heading back after getting some Blaze Rods but I plan on using the time to mine below and dig for some Nether Scraps. Plus, my first friend might be sad if I steal from his family.'
Deciding his next course of action, Hiroki slowly descends into the Fortress, thinking if he might have a good rate in finding some Nether Scraps on his mining trip.
